They ended up telling us what was wrong, my husband ended up fixing it, they wanted too much. They did come, so I guess that is a plus. They probably charged a service call, but I don't remember what it was. They didn't do anything, but they were good. I would ues them again.

I would highly recommend them. They called when they were on the way and told me how long before they would be there. I explained exactly what I needed done and they got right to work. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. I felt they were very honest. The quality of their service is outstanding and if there is anything I need I will be giving them a call.
