We could not have asked for a better installation. He was careful to make precise cuts so that the outside edges of the floors look great, there were no chips or dents upon completion, and he did a great job in mixing the boards so the color variation was excellent. The doorways and stair nose pieces were finished beautifully and any nail holes were filled. He has good suggestions to offer, and is one of the most professional workers we have met. There were a couple times I needed to leave the house, and I had no doubts that he is honest and trustworthy. Steve will put forth the extra effort to make sure the job is well done, and that his customer is happy with the work.
