WESTERN PEST SVC

We have had good service from them. We have had an ongoing contract with them for years. They will send us a notation on the mail telling us when they will do interior. We live in the woods and we had a flying squirrel problem and they helped us with that.

We hired them for the year so they come periodically. We called them for a problem but actually, I got their name not from Angie's List. I got it from the yellow pages. I got a little bit of a discount from them for the first year. They are pretty prompt about coming out when you have a problem and when you see a problem. There was one problem that I am not sure that they were able to address. I was thinking that they were able to but I am not sure that they were going to be able to address. All in all, I think that the help was very nice. I have been contacted by their staff for my feedback to see if I was pleased with the people who came out, et cetera. They are fairly easy to get in contact with. You have to call and leave a message with somebody but somebody gets back to you. I have not had any issues with their service. Maybe I would use their services again in the future.

They were punctual. They were very clean and neat. Other people had termites in the area and they actually were able verify what other people said. Their prices are half that of the other companies. I will continue to use them in the future.
