Took 4-5 times of coming out to replace one section of a large 2nd story window that had storm damage. First window had a crack in it, so they had to re-replace it. About 11 months later, come to find out they used indoor caulk outside, so caulk was all cracked up. Luckily we were still under warranty, so they came back out and re-caulked, again, after 2-3 calls. In the end the work was done, but it was an aggravation process.

Trimm Glass replaced the glass at vacant property on 7/25/14. On morning of 7/26/14, I stopped at property to verify that work was complete. One of the panes just replaced appeared to be cracked. Trimm Glass was closed for the weekend and I contacted them on Monday, 7/28/14.
I was informed by Sue, at Trimm Glass, that there was no cracked glass at the time the installer left the property on Friday and there were no warranties for cracks once the installer leaves the job. I requested they have someone inspect the glass. Regardless, the glass needed to be replaced as replacement was a condition of the sale to the new Buyer.
Over the next 7 weeks, I called and emailed repeatedly to Trimm Glass for an update. Each time, Sue indicated that she was in the middle of helping someone and would call me right back. Each time she took my name and number and NEVER returned a single call.
At the end of the 7th week, I was contacted by the new owner of the home that Trimm Glass had been to the property but had installed new glass into a different casement window and that the crack window still needed to be repaired. I immediately called Trimm Glass and was told by Sue that she would investigate and call me back. After waiting 2 days without a call back, I contacted Trimm Glass again. Again, Sue was helping other people--took my name and number--and would call me back. After waiting 30 minutes, I decided to drive to their office in Media. I met with Sue personally to ask for information. No one at their office could help me. Interestingly, Sue had to ask me for my name and number again at this visit--after I had given it to her just 45 minutes earlier when she told me she would call me right back!
The next day, representative from Trimm Glass visited the property to examine the cracked glass. He determined that the casement window was, in fact, composed of a double-pane glass and a single pane storm window. Their installer had replaced the cracked double pane on 7/25/14 and sometime before 7/26/14 the single storm pane had gotten cracked.
Finally, after 8 weeks, they agreed to repair the additional cracked window pane. On 9/23/14, Trimm Glass replaced the single pane (20' x 36") storm window. The window was at ground level. The final bill for the single pane storm window was an additional $175 (which seems high priced to me) but I am just happy to be finished with these people. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I'VE DEALT WITH TRIMM GLASS SEVERAL TIMES TO REPLACE GLASS FOR PICTURE FRAMES AND GLASS TOP TABLES. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. I WOULD PLACE MY ORDER BY PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED MY ORDER UP, IT WOULD BE CAREFULLY WRAPPED IN BROWN PAPER. EDGES WERE PROTECTED TO PREVENT CHIPPING. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
