We have used this provider for work large and small and they have always performed exceptionally.  I would recommend them at any time.

Rick Bondurant's team it the best out there. Family owned and operated, Father and Son. I have this team in my lease for my properties. I dont ever call anyone else. They warranty their work and always follow up promptly with request for service. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years now. And I refer them to everyone I know, commercial and residential. He makes special concession for long time customers even at his busiest times (think deep freeze pipes burst all over the city, everyone needs a plumber and everyone has an emergency) and fits them in. Rick always answers his own phone and his own emails, and you can count on him to be fair. I would never trust another business with my plumbing needs.

A partially plugged sewer was leading to water on our downstairs bathroom floor every time we used the tub. Brad came out on time, diagnosed the problem, and got the system working again. He tarped the area and the path from the outside door to the bathroom. He cleaned up after he was done, including the puddles of you know what that were already here. Let's face it, nobody likes paying a plumber for fixing a problem they didn't even know they had until yesterday. But the price was discussed before the service call and confirmed before work started. And you would have to pay me a lot more to do what Brad did with professionalism and good humor. I would use Bondurant again for sure.

Working under my kitchen sink is a very tight fit, additionally hindered by the garbage disposal. The old faucet and pipes in both locations were caked in lime and calcium deposit making for a near impossible removal. The employee working diligently and carefully removing everything without impacting or marring any surfaces. The job was completed with professional attitude and knowledge. I have absolutely no issues with having any of the employees in my home without monitoring their every move.

Turns out that the people who lived here before installed the most expensive type of shower equipment (no wonder I love it so much) and to fix the leak, he had to buy a new piece for inside (I'm not explaining this at all well), which was more than $100. Then to fix the drain, he had to remove some of the original pipe that was kind of in the ground more or less and put in pvc pipe with some kind of trap that will make it easier to clean in the future. Anyway, he was only here 3 1/2 hours total to diagnose the problem, get the supplies, and fix everything. He was here right at 8 a.m. as they said he would be. Very professional. It was just a lot of money!

Late Friday afternoon, our toilet started to leak.  It wasn't massive, but puddles kept forming on the floor.  We were going away the next morning and it became very important to get this fixed so that a disaster didn't occur while we were away.  We called several different people (some of whom we used before) but none were available, but finally got Bondurant (after identifying on Angies List.).  The plumber was on time, neat, and professional.  He looked at a crack in base of the toilet and expressed caution that the toilet might break apart if we tried to move it.  But after a little discussion (the crack had been there for a while), he determined that the problem was actually a slow leak from the tank down the outside of the toilet.  He used a rebuild kit to repair it.  What was most impressive is that he checked his work with some dye, and after a few tweaks, did a second rebuild.  Another check indicated that he had a  fixed.  He then applied some clear sealant on the crack in the base and a couple other places. When he left, I was confident that he had fixed the problem, and so was able to travel without worry.  Indeed, I was so pleased, that I forgot to use the Angies discount coupon that I had.  Nonetheless, I'm skeptical, so waited several months to see if the work would really  hold up.  It has, and I'm happy to provide this positive review and to have a found a reliable quality plumber.

I was able to schedule a service appointment for the next day.  The plumber arrived on time and completed the job within an hour.  The new shut-off valve works great.  The price was very reasonable.

The serviceman (I think it was the owner) came within a half hour of calling, and spent many hours, about six, looking for the source of the problem, explaining everything he was doing as he went along.  He created an access panel in the powder room ceiling for future easier access.  He actually was unable to locate the problem area without destroying a bulkhead and cutting into other areas, which I did not want him to do.  Because he had diagnosed the problem but could not fix it, he only charged me for 2 1/2 hours of work, even though he spent many more than that.  He recommended that since a warming trend was predicted very soon, I wait and see if the pipe thawed out (which it did) and then follow his recommendations in the future.   I would use him again in a heartbeat.

We called R. F.Bondurant, explained the problem and scheduled an appointment.  The plumber was punctual and professional.  He took care of the leaking seal and was very pleasant.  He also gave us advice on another plumbing issue we had.  We were very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again.

My call was answered right away (no leaving a message and playing phone tag all week) and I was on the schedule for the next day.  Brad addressed all our problems and pointed out a few other items related to our dryer that needed to be improved for safety.  He was very professional and thorough.  I would definitely call this company again for help.

He was very nice and very pleasant.  I found him to be very knowledgeable. I didn't go through the work yet because I'm not yet prepared.

I like that they are very punctual. I have called them for other things in the past and they are pretty responsive. I think they are real expensive and it is $300 every time they come out. 

Everything went ok

Dave  and Sean came when scheduled and removed toilet and vanity.    Also removed set in ceramic cup holder and soap dish and replaced it with 2 tiles that I had previously obtained.  

When the tile work and flooring installation was completed, Dave picked up my new vanity at the supplier which had sold my chosen vanity and necessitated their retrieving another from storage.  Dave called to explain why he was delayed in getting to my house.   He then installed the new toilet and valve; reinstalled shower trim and supplied new spout, tub trap, and trip waste.  He installed, hooked up the vanity, and reinstalled my old faucet set.   Hung the mirror.   He reinstalled the shower trim and hooked up the new drains and trip.    

On both occasions tarps were laid to protect carpets and they cleaned up the work area after.

.My electric hot water heater malfunctioned and the safety relief valve tripped.  Called the company and they arrived promptly as promised.  After looking over the heater an estimate to "rebuild" was offered. While the estimate seemed fair we took an alternate.  We learned that the heater was still in warranty from a well known retailer.  We contacted them and while they did less work to repair the heater our outlay was less.

The job went quickly with no problems.  I should have discussed cost before I gave them the job.

They were good.  I was very pleased with them.  They came right away within an hour of my first call.  They came exactly when they said they would.  They probably worked on it for about an hour.  They were able to get that taken care of.  They were very good.  They did exactly what they said they would do and told me what the problem was.  I would certainly use them again.  I guess their price was comparable to any other.  I didn't shop around as it was an emergency and it was backing up.  I think they are reasonable.                

They came very quickly and they were very efficient. The people who came were very nice. They found that the problem was outside and they had to remount the sewer pipe. They were just very efficient, friendly and bright.

Perfect, prompt, professional service as always. Rick's team does every job for our rental property, i would never dream of calling someone else.
