David and Jason were absolutely fantastic. The were very knowledgeable and very responsive and thorough. Communication was excellent. Everything was done correctly and they corrected prior work that others had done which was not done appropriately. They were punctual and completed all their task promptly. They completely cleaned everything up including all the smelly dirty water that came from a pipe that had not been connected appropriately that they fixed. Their rates were very reasonable. While they were here they even looked at other issues and fixed them without charging us anything additional. When a part installed failed resulting in intermittent leaking, David responded quickly and made repeated visits (each time the leaking started) until he could find the culprit. Once found, he quickly fixed it without charging any additional fees for the additional trips and time. When installing the wall mounted sink and toilet, he carefully measured everything and ensured the placement was up to code and would pass inspection. In fact, he insures that everything was up to code and redid some existing plumbing that did not meet code so that it would if inspected in the future. He also found a leak we did not know about which he also fixed and verified that it would not leak into the floors and walls anymore. When installing parts he was not familiar with he spent the time to carefully read the instructions to ensure that they too were installed correctly. Months later, we still have had no issue with any of their work and only have the best things to say about them. Beyond everything else previously stated, they were both just a pleasure to work with. We would most definitely hire them again for any future plumbing work before we would even consider hiring anyone else. I would have given them twice as many stars if that was possible.

I am a former plumber with over 20 years in the industry but now am living overseas working a new career. Our house has renters and they said the three handle tub shower valve that is original to the house (1950’s) was leaking. I had changed the stem washers already a couple years ago and realized that now a new single handle tub/shower valve was needed. Having done this same work at least 100 times, I knew exactly what I needed done. With that baby blue 1950’s tile throughout the entire floor, walls and tub/shower area. I knew you get one shot to get this right. I was concerned trying to find a good quality, reliable plumber was really hit or miss. I picked several plumbers and set out to interview each one and try to find an adequate one to do the work. On top of all of this, being overseas meant that I don’t have a US mobile number, so initial contact needed to be by email. After leaving multiple phone messages at several companies, Leakfix is the only one to reply by email. After a couple of back and forth emails, David and I connected by phone. He was very professional and answered every question I had. He gave me the confidence that I was seeking to get the job done right the first time. David made an appointment with our tenants and gave them a heads up as to expectations. David arrived on time and set out to add two ball valves in the hot and cold lines to the shower valve. This let the tenants have their water back as soon as possible. He made the cuts needed in the tile to accommodate the new valve. There is an access panel behind the valve area and David sent pics of the front as well as the back. His solder work was very neat. I have priced the parts and know what labor costs are. Leakfix gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend Leakfix and am planning more work for David to do. Their pricing is very good- you get what you pay for. Top quality, professional contractors are few and far between. These guys are top in my book.

David came on time and corrected the problem within a relative short time. Returned a week later and did another pipe and valve replacement job.

They were great! I prefer email and text and they were quick to respond, suggested a time the same day, way sooner than I thought they’d be able to come. Jason was great. Very friendly, pointed out some things, offered options, recommended replacement of some things, but against replacement of others. Did the work, including snaking the drain. Very happy.

We had a leak from upstairs to downstairs and Jason was able to confirm it was a faulty wax seal on the toilet and he quickly resolved the leak. The seal was replaced and the toilet secured. Jason explained everything as he was troubleshooting and completing the work. Excellent experience.
