The Coldwell Banker office in Media is the friendliest office I've ever been to. The receptionist even remembered my name after meeting me just once! Susan Lowes was an absolute pleasure to work with. As I am quite indecisive, Susan was very patient and understanding. She always returned my phone calls and e-mails very promptly, and her professionalism is second to none. The best thing I like about Susan's work ethic is that she is aggressive, without being pushy. She was willing to work around my schedule, and showed properties late in the evenings and on weekends. She helped me through every step of the process of purchasing my home, and everything went very, very smoothly. I will definitely use her services again when/if I ever move.
