DEVON L. AND TRISTEN H. WERE OUR INSTALLERS TODAY. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND RESPECTED OUR HOME. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE THEY WENT OVER EVERYTHING ABOUT MAINTAINING OUR SHOWER. WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM.

Absolutely professional and beautiful installation of bath tub and shower stall. The guys who did the work couldnâ t have been nicer and they left my place cleaner than when they showed up. Thanks, Torin & Cody C. You two were awesome!

The installers (Donald and Dillon) were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They were able to answer any of my questions on the day of the project. Arrived in the timeframe I was told and finished the job all in one day. They cleaned up after the work was done and left us with a beautiful new shower!! Workmanship was excellent and I would definitely recommend Donald and Dillon!

They were very polite and professional.Their workmanship is above and beyond...it was literally completed in 1 day! Tyler M and Shane T were on time, Efficient, and knowledgeable. They got our new shower installed in less than a day. They tore down the old bathtub area right down to the studs in the walls!! Replaced old plumbing. And then cleaned up after they were done. We are thrilled with our new walk in shower.

Corey and Tristen were courteous, professional, quiet, thorough, cleaned up after they were done and gave simple easy to understand instruction on how to manage the windows for each season and for cleaning. The workmanship was world class all the way. You should be proud and GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! Also, Nate Sites who initially took our order was equally as thorough and courteous and explained everything to us before we ordered the windows. I hope you'll do your part to retain these men who are FIRST CLASS!!!

This is what a professional install experience should be like. Prepped the entire area from entry way to bathroom. Removed and vacuumed periodically during the install. Peter and Devon were awesome installers. I would say the end product looks even better in person. I would recommend West Shore to anyone.

The Sales consultant Zach Bowers was phenomenal and made sure i understood everything that would go on and took all measurements precisely and accurately. He also made sure i was satisfied with my choices. The Installers Brandon and Chris did a kick a** job removing the unprofessionally installed jacuzzi tub the previous homeowner had installed and fixing all damage properly and correctly. The process started at 8am and was finished by 4pm. They took great care of installing and making sure everything was to my liking. They also made sure to neatly clean everywhere they had been including my laminate floors that got messy from the demo. They communicated everything they did and had were going to do. I am very happy with their quality of work a far much better experience than i had with LongHome Products last year when they replaced a shower in my parents estate. I would highly recommend Westshore home. The pricing and everything is well worth it

Donald and Dillon did a great job with our 1975 tub removal and walk in shower conversion. Super professional, efficient, clean, and communicative during the entire process as well. Started at 9am and completed by 3:30pm! Attention to detail was 2nd to none. Highly recommend the entire West Shore Home team from sales,scheduling, to final installation.
