The salesperson couldn't answer most of our questions and didn't seem to want to be bothered. There was no one there but us and he didn't even bother to introduce himself or say good bye.

We thought we were sold on the Tempur-pedic beds but wanted to make sure we compared ones that were equal, which were the Simmons Comfor-pedics. They felt a bit softer and that's what we were looking for. They also offered adjustable beds as well which was a must. We've never purchase a new mattress but knew it was a huge decision and not something you should skimp on. The Tempur-pedic adjustable was going to run us about $5300.00 but decided on the Comfor-pedic which came to $3600.00. Which it would have been MUCH more ($1100 to be exact) but the Sleepy's manager, Rose, was the most helpful customer service rep we have ever encountered. She was patient, kind, informed, helpful and funny on top of all that! She was a pure joy to work with. The adjustable box spring runs $1600. As soon as we said that's what we wanted for sure, she told us she may be able to help and off she went calling local Sleepy's stores. She found us a "floor model" in the Harrisburg location that was in the "closeout" section (because Tempur-pedic made them pull it off the floor due to the fact it was too much like their model) and she sold it to us for $500. Wow! What savings!! Same warranty as well, which is 20 years. Even with their computer system down, she was making calls left and right to get us exactly what we wanted at a good price. We were approved for the 36 mos interest free financing within 10 minutes. SOLD! She asked when we wanted it delivered. Well, honestly, YESTERDAY!! But tomorrow was Sunday and Monday was a holiday so we figured our soonest bet would hopefully be Tuesday. She said, you can have it tomorrow. Sunday?!?! Yep, no problem. We picked our time frame (2-6pm) and it was there by 2:30 on Sunday afternoon. The BEST service ever. Rose made the whole experience less stressful and actually enjoyable, we even hugged her when we left! :D
