Maybe I was "misinformed" of what takes place when you take your vacuum to be cleaned, but for $50.00 I had expected better service. I own a Bissell Pet Eraser vacuum, which is only 1 year old, since I have pets, which causes a lot of fur & dust to accumulate in the vacuum parts. The vacuum works quite well so I decided to schedule routine maintenance/cleanings. The process was not descirbed to me so maybe I should have asked for details. None of the filters were replaced, which wasn't a HUGE deal since I had a few at home, but when I went to replace them tons of dust fell out, these parts were not cleaned at all. Attachments should have been cleaned as well but the one I use the most has a clear top & a small rotating bristle brush inside much like the main part of the vacuum. I could visibly see cat fur still stuck in the roller. Therefore I proceeded to get a screwdriver (that is all that was needed) remove the top piece & clean out the roller myself. These are things I expected to be taken care of when I paid $50 to have it cleaned, not sure what they even did to be honest. I will not take my vacuums to this location again.
