This is the guy you wish you knew about 15 years ago. Chuck is a straight shooter and very detail oriented, stays in touch, calls you back and was never too busy to stop and talk about the job, nor does he ignore requests to adjust or add even the smallest detail. When I was displeased with some minor aspects of the new gutters he made sure they came out and fixed things right. He stayed either on or close to the job, even toward the end. He didn't discuss final payment until every detail had been taken care of.
