I have worked with Roger before in the roofing and siding of my home, so I had very little concern about the quality of the work that would be done.  
He submitted a very detailed proposal and when the initial price was a little too high, he worked with me to identify ways in which we could reduce the overall cost of the project. In the end, we were able to eliminate $1,000. It required me to do the painting, but it was a good compromise.
I had the opportunity to work with Roger during the project and enjoyed his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He has a very artistic presence and worked with me to ensure that the pergola was both functional and a beautiful addition to my home. 
Roger was punctual and authentically interested in the project. He listened to my ideas and then often proposed better solutions than what I had expressed. It was a fun project to see come to completion. 
Based on my experiences with Max Serve and Roger Leitzel, I heartily recommend them for any project.

Roger and his team did an outstanding job upgrading my "mancave". It had already been finished, but was in desperate need of an update. He spent a lot of time with me discussing design details, offering suggestions & ideas, and ensuring that I knew what all my options were in order to make informed decisions. He was able to overcome a number of challenges that came up during the project, and was always professional & courteous. I love the way the finished product came out, and recommend him to any of my friends that ask who did the work.

Work was done in a professional manner, on-time and exactly as my wife wanted it done.  My wife was happy with the work and the contractor worked with my wife as she made small changes during the installation.

The owner of the company (Roger) cares about his business and customers.  He was very accomodating to requests and ensured 100% customer satisfaction.  The quality of the work was exceptional.  I was very impressed with the attention to detail.  I would definitely recommend this contractor.  His price may be a little higher than some but the workmanship and professionalism are exceptional.
