I know that they are still in business because they have been advertising quite a lot. I thought they charged me more than I thought the work should have cost. They charged me $7000, which included the labor, materials; etc. I had to buy my own latch because I wanted a particular kind of latch. I have been pleased with their work. It was a high quality unit. They had a convincing salesman. He was good and he knew what he was talking about. The quality of the product is probably among the best that I could have got. I don?t think I could have got a door of quite the same quality even if I had gone with the top-of-the-line stores. They used a very high-quality door. The price deal that I got helped me qualify for the $1500 tax energy saving rebate. So, it brought the price down. The quality of the work was good. They put a molding on the inside which was very common. However, it did not match the molding in my house. So, I had to have them come back and redo the molding. Other than that, the installation was as good as it could have been. They were punctual and they were finished by the end of the day. There were two men, who had come out. I would use this company again in the future.

They use sub contractors for all of their work. They abandoned the job 1 year ago. After trying to work it out with them they were supposed to come out last week and finish the job. They came out with the understanding that it was a patch job, I signed off on a new roof being put on. The contractor walked off my property, saying that they weren't paid enough to do the work. They did not do what they were supposed to. I did not receive the product that I purchased.
