The guys from ARK were wonderful to work with. They were diligent , highly skilled at their crafts and definitively aimed to please and seemed to really take pride in their work by paying attention to detail.

They were wonderful. They worked efficiently and were prompt. Their clean up was great. There was nothing I could find wrong with them. Everything was finished in the timeline they estimated.

Very prompt and professional. Coordination with remodeler and wall preparer a little slow, but job done in timely manner.

Owners were always willing to address any issues/concerns and finalize a well-done job. Would definitely use them again for future projects.

Contractor was excellent with design ideas and at anticipating complications.
Demolition and construction went very quickly and coordination with subs was outstanding.
Responsiveness to minor issues very fast and thoroughly appropriate.
Completely satisfied with the whole process.

Another company recently came out to install a new shower door for us and wqe found out that ARK Home Improvements installed the previous shower door with a hot glue gun. We also found out that the glue had seeped down into the drain. One of the guys from Ark was using chewing tobacco & it spilled out on floor tile and seeped into the white grout and we have never been able to remove this stain from the grout.

On Ark's original proposal to us they said that they would install new 6 x 8 wall tiles and instead they installed 14 x 14 wall tiles. We were very unhappy with this unapproved change to their original proposal.

After many other problems with Ark Home Improvement company I really want to warn others about not hiring them.
