They were supposed to do a complete tear off of all of my old slate and repair some of my rotted wood underneath.  They were supposed to tear out the tin in my valleys and put ice and water shield down.  They did not repair all of the rotten wood.  They did not put ice and water shield down in all of my valleys and they did not tear out all of the tin in the valleys.  Around my chimney I had some leaks and they were supposed to fix that upon replacing the roof, and they did not do that.  I have some hanging copper gutters on my roof as well.  The gutter was leaking.  They said they could put down some mastic in the gutter to prevent it from leaking.  However, they are still leaking.  I refuse to pay them the remaining $750.

They were the cheapest I got.  I spent $1675 on that work.  I liked them.  They did a good job and the service people were nice and polite.  I had to call them a couple of times to remind them.  I would consider using them in the future. 

I liked the windows and there wasn't any problem. They didn't leave a mess and everything went okay. They came and put the new windows in, everything looks nice and they are very good windows. I got exactly what he told me but my only problem is, I wanted to put normal air conditioners in them. The windows don't open more than twelve inches and so I called them to fix it probably four times and one time the owner called me back and that was it. These windows are supposed to be life time guaranteed. The salesman was wonderful, he took his time and he really went through the windows. I got a couple of estimates and the other provider didn't even bring a window to saw and he said that I couldn't have the windows I wanted. I think when you call, they should come out and resolve the problem and nobody called back after the three calls that I had called them. I've looked at other people's windows that have the same type as mine and they don't have a panel that long which is stopping the window from going up all the way. They were here on time when they said they were coming to do the windows but know to it's a nightmare to get hold of somebody to come out. I think it's not professional when they don't return a call after they've got the money.
