Paragon Homes is a custom home builder founded when Bill Fink built his own family home in 1980. He realized that he could treat customers better than any of the builders in the area if simply focused on superior communications, quality, and integrity. Since then Paragon has been building custom homes in many off Pittsburgh's most desirable neighborhoods and on clients lots everywhere from $300,000 to $3,000,000.
