The technician came the day I called, was polite and knowledgable and efficient. Price is on the high side, but I did get same day service.

Very prompt with his response to our service request. We contacted him on a Friday evening and he not only responded right away to our email, but came the next day (a Saturday) by early afternoon! That is unheard of with appliance repair services! He promptly identified the problem, had the part on his truck and was in and out within a half an hour. Polite, professional and friendly. A "fair" for price, but honestly, appliance repair cost is high regardless of provider. He was upfront with his diagnostic fee and labor fee before coming out. To me, it was worth it because I wasn't going to have to wait a week (according to several other appliance repair service providers) to have my dryer repaired. Would recommend and definetly use again!

Same day service, and the technician (David) arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the replacement part in his van.

A great appliance mystery was solved because David did not give up and worked the problem. When he first got there, the dishwasher was working again -- the worst nightmare for someone who calls a service technician. I really appreciated that he stayed and tried several different approaches until he came up with the solution (mice chewed through one of the hoses, triggering a shutoff mechanism). The part has been ordered and will be installed when it arrives. I absolutely will use this company again. Very pleased.

Excellent - they called me promptly when I left a message about service, and were able to fit me in the next day. David was polite and professional, and as I was interested, showed me what he had done. He made sure that I was satisfied with the repair before asking me to sign off. (And he was kind to my very old, but still curious cat, which was quite nice of him).
