After Matt visited my property twice, He was almost impossible to get a estimate out of, he wanted to base everything on "Time and Materials" which I was not happy with, I could not believe he could not give me an estimate. Finally after many emails, I explained I could not afford his prices and that I would have to find other solutions, I confirmed this with an email. Fast forward 3 weeks. After returning from a trip, I discovered all of the edging had been started, leaving heaps dirt thought the yard and mulch beds, No note, no invoice, nothing... Fast Forward another 3 weeks, Matt shows up in my driveway demanding payment, explaining he really thought he would get my job... The quality was so bad, I would not have paid for it anyway, there was no way I could justify paying for services I had refused.

Extremely overpriced, to the point of questioning the accuracy of the labor hours billed. Inexperienced, young workers. Utter lack of concern in responding to calls requesting a conversation about work and billing. Call not returned for days, more than a week, if at all.
