William and his crew were great to work with. They helped move large items out of the house, including a piano, and did a beautiful job refinishing all the hardwood floors in our 2-floor, 4-bedroom house. William was very responsive and communicated regularly throughout the project, even sending photos along the way. The finished product looks really nice. Everyone who sees it comments on how nice they look.

I needed floors refinished to put a house up for sale and Bill did a great job. The floors looked liked brand new and made the house show so well. I am sure they contributed a lot in having the place sell in days. Bill was easy to work and the got the job done quickly and in the time we agreed. He was very professional and stepped me through the process. He readily communicated any changes or issues. Bill was so easy to work with, in fact I mistakenly messed up his deposited check and he was very gracious about it. I would most definitely call Bill for any future hardwood flooring needs.

Bill was a total professional. He showed up to work on the date we scheduled and completed on the date he promised. He was on time every morning and worked all day. My house was left in order and clean at the end of each day. I would highly recommend WJM Hardwood Flooring. Bill was very honest and upfront about all the charges for materials we would need before he started our work. My refinished floors and new hardwood are absolutely beautiful.

He was very responsive to my call. He has an extensive background in staining and was able to recommend a new color for my floors. This job was difficult for me to accomplish as I have two large dogs and had to stay at a hotel for a few days. We hired Bill to replace the badly worn and damaged hardwood floors in our living and dining rooms and install new hardwood in an addition off the living room — 600 square feet in all. It’s an older house and the job was a bit tricky, as it required spanning the original and extended floor surfaces in the living room and installing around and under our old-fashioned standing cast iron radiators. Bill’s level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding, as was his willingness to work with us to solve problems that arose along the way — instead of denying or trying to duck responsibility for them, as too many contractors will try to do. He was prompt, courteous, reliable, and considerate of our home. His prices were fair and transparent. Our new floors look fantastic and have greatly improved the look and feel of the most important rooms in our house — a key consideration since we are about to put the house on the market. I unhesitatingly recommend Bill and WJM Hardwood Flooring for any job involving the repair and/or replacement of hardwood flooring.

Job looks great and came back to touch up a few spots. He is coming back to add in a transition piece between rooms as well.

We have a center hall colonial home and we had WJM (Bill) refinish our center hallway and a rear room to match other floors on our first floor. Because of the layout of the wood planks, Bill recommended that we partially refinish the adjoining rooms to eliminate a noticeable line at the doorway thresholds. He also did minor clean-ups and spot refinishing of areas missed by another company that we had refinish floors in other rooms a year a earlier (untouched spots like under the radiator and in closets). Bottom-line is that WJM (Bill) did a fantastic job, they were easy to work with, worked in a timely manner and on schedule, they used dust-reducing equipment cleaned up every day, and the job was done was a fair price. We highly recommend WJM Hardood Flooring and we would hire them again. WJM (Bill) is far better, and has more attention to detail, than other floor refinishers that we have hired in the past.

We could not be happier with how our floors turned out. We had new hardwoods put down in the kitchen and bathroom to match what was already existing throughout the rest of the house and then had everything refinished in Provincial (love it!). The new kitchen and bathroom floors tie in perfectly with the rest of the house, it looks as though they've been there all along! Bill even did a picture frame pattern around the open staircase and the thresholds on the exterior doorways as an added bonus. Bill was the most responsive contractor we've dealt with, on the rare occasion he missed a call he'd return it at the end of the day. We would 100% recommend Bill and use him in the future.

It went really good. He had me and my wife approve the work through stages. He got the whole house done quickly and was extremely professional.

It was economical, they showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and I'm very happy overall.

The floors looks beautiful and gorgeous. It was done on time. William, he was very good with my in laws, because they had a hard time making decisions, He helped them made decision. Customer service was very good. He made it very easy for me to get the flooring of my in-laws done. He did a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

He's done many projects, they did a beautiful job. He's very skilled, talented and dependable and reasonably price.

First of all he charged me for high end products that he never used , he used the cheapest but charged me for the expensive . He added material to the bill that he never used. He rushed the work , it was very sloppy. I had to have him come back 4 times to redo things. I had him do trim work and it looked like crap because he caulked everything to hide his mistakes but it didn't hide it just looked horrible. When he pulled the rug off the baseboard he was supposed to sand and paint. He never pulled the rug completely off or sanded, he just painted over everything. Needless to say it looks worse than before. I asked him to show me receipts for what he charged me for but he never did and he never got back to me about it. In the end i am going to take him to court for the materials he charged me for but never used and for the horrible work that he performed. I took plenty of pictures and i have plenty of video. In the end i will never use him again, nor would i recommend wjm hardwood flooring to anyone . I hope this review helps people , this way they do not end up going through what i am going through.

It was an excellent experience all around! WJM Flooring was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, affordable & fast! The workmanship & attention to detail is amazing! My house looks like it's brand new again! Great job!! :-)
