They're great! I've been using them for a recurring lawn treatment service for 3 years.

I was never sure about this company. More than a few times, they showed up and within 10 minutes were gone. I have a large, irregularly-shaped lawn, which I cannot even walk in 10 minutes. Other than judging from the lawn condition, there really is no way to say whether they are doing the job they are hired to do. Recently, I asked to add a service; this process went smoothly. Later, they called with a recorded message saying they would do the job the next day. No one showed up. I complained, so they rescheduled for another day. Again, no one showed up. When I complained again, they said a manager would call to improve my service. No one ever called. I am dropping them and strongly recommend staying clear.

They're so so. I'm not thrilled with them. We have a contract with them. They were overcharging me for a couple of years so now it's down to what it's supposed to be. You're not even home when they apply fertilizer. They could have done a better job on the initial estimates. I think they have good products but sometimes the application is spotty.

They are reliable and they do a great job! Their customer service is great!

Never able to control weeds, excessive thatch, customer service was unresponsive to complaints about service technician, manager would not return calls. Service technicians repeatedly left gates open to fenced in area for my dogs. I called after every service to complain about gate being left open. Taking my business elsewhere.

I would tell others that they're thorough. The lawn looks fine since they have done the work.

The only problem that I have is that their phone system doesn't work, and that's been going on for awhile. Another words when you call and it says put in your zip code so we can get to your area, I do that, and I get very lost, and the phone disconnects, and it's very annoying. I call back, and it does the same thing again, and it disconnects, and that's been happening for awhile. I have a problem getting through to them. I'm very happy with them.

The service is fine. I've been using them the last ten years. They come so much I don't know exactly what they're doing.  I have them do my lawn, I have them do my shrubs, sometimes they're doing fertilizer, sometimes they're doing grub control, I don't know what they're doing. Sometimes they're spraying the trees, sometimes they're spraying the bushes, sometimes there doing the grass, you know, I have both services with them. I can't tell you specifically what they did on last week. I pay for the season, I don't pay for one particular treatment. I have an agreement with them. It's a charge for the season but it's multiple applications, and I don't do some applications during the summer because I feel it's a waste, because my grass is dead, and it's not growing, they put down fertilizer and it doesn't do anything, so I tell them which applications I want. I'm very particular, and if I come out and there's still weeds in my yard, I call them and they come back. I don't know how many other people do that, but I have them coming back more times than probably most people because I'm particular. They always come back and re spot, they're very good and come back. I would recommend them to others because they are thorough.

We have a service contract with them they come so many times a year. What I respect from them, is that although we have the contract and they know what it is what we want done. they will still call and say they are coming which is the opportunity to say you do not want it. If we are home they ring the bell to make sure we still want the yard done. They do it in a timely fashion doing whats right for the lawn.

They did a lousy job. They guaranteed the control of weeds. The control of weeds was lousy. I called and complained, and they did not stand by their warranty. We would not defiantly use them. You can't trust them. They come and here for fifteen minutes. They do a lack up job. The prices are high. If you complain about that, they said they would send an supervisor, but nobody comes. Their price was reasonable, nothing to complain about, bur I didn't see any results. They come when they think its time to come out. I would not get a contract with them again. I do the lawn myself, and its really green. They give you a lip service, and nothing more.

They come out every 6 weeks. I was gonna leave them because I wasn't happy with the results. When I called them to cancel, they made some changes, my problem was crab grass, and they took care of it.

You can negotiate with them on the price.

Not that satisfied. They weren't able to control my weeds, they should come more frequently, maybe use a different pesticide I don't know.

This company is one messed up company. Sales, service and management appears not do talk nor agree on anything leaving the customer in limbo and very confused.

I recommend to everyone not to use this company as you will get charged more than agreed upon nor they will not show up to apply an application yet bill you for it.
