TRIBAL LOOM ORIENTAL RUGS

This is the second time we have used Tribal Looms. There service and professionalism is wonderful and we will definitely hire again when the need arises.

Easy to set up pickup and delivery, a pleasure to work with. Cleaning was excellent—far beyond what I expected. And stains were removed that I didn't expect could be, as well as repairs on the edge of 1 rug that was fraying. I recommend wholeheartedly.

They were very responsive. The rug was picked up on Monday, September 18th and returned the following Monday. We purchased a special they were running on Angie's List. The rug came back almost looking like new. They did an excellent job with the rug itself and the fringe was white again!! The gentleman who picked up and delivered the rug was very professional. They did a great job.

We recently had 2 rugs cleaned by Tribal Loom, and we couldn't be more pleased. The service and work performed was great, and the prices were more than fair! We will use them for all rug cleaning in the future!

We have used Tribal in the past to clean the rug and they agreed to come out and look at it. Very professional and knowledgeable about Oriental rugs. The issue with our rug was pointed out and a solution caring for it (different vacuum cleaner) was suggested. We were not charged for this service.

They picked it up, arrived on time, cleaned it PROPERLY and thoroughly and carefully, and brought it back on time. Excellent service, polite and professional.

wonderful, better than expected

They were superb. They picked up the rug when we needed, moving day, and delivered it two weeks later. The rug hasn't looked this good since we bought it. Kudos to Tribal Loom Oriental Rugs.

Picked up carpets in Philadelphia suburbs and delivered them to Wilmington, DE. Carpets came back wrapped in brown paper. Purchased new padding for all four rugs. They were installed exactly where I wanted them. The carpets look great. The white areas are white again. The fringe is beautiful. The men were polite and punctual even though my new street is not on the map yet. I am extremely pleased.
