TRIBAL LOOM ORIENTAL RUGS

This was an excellent experience ! We've had our carpets cleaned many times over the years. Tribal Loom's work is outstanding relative to these early experiences The partners at Tribal Loom did everything they said they would: picking up and delivering on time, cleaning our rugs beautifully, never raising the price of a job once an estimate was given. The owners are wonderful--honest, personable, obviously interested in satisfying their customers. And, while orientals are their specialty, they clean other rugs too. This is a class act. Tribal Looms (Fraser, PA) raises the bar considerably for carpet cleaning and repair in Chester County, PA.

Nurhan, the proprietor arrived exactly on time for both the pick up & delivery and did the job in 1 week. He removed a brass polish stain on the oriental which hadn't been cleaned in 35 years and also removed an ink stain from the Morrocan, which another firm was unable to remove in a previous cleaning 12 years ago. He is polite, well-spoken and a pleasure to deal with. The world would be a better place if all proprietors-no matter what the business-were like Nurhan. We got the price we did from an Angie's list Big Deal; but even if we had had to pay his full $201.00 price that would have been very fair and was less than we paid for the Morrocan alone 12 years ago and the other company didn't do a very good job.

They were prompt with both pick-up and drop-off as well as with return calls and follow-up when work was done. He took time to study the craftsmanship of each rug, and actually had to warn me that there was a possibility the tea dyed rug might come out uneven because of the method of dying used. He instantly knew the approximate age and origin of each rug, so clearly, he knew what he was doing. I took advantage of the Angie's List coupon which saved me 20%! (~$67) Warning me about the possible damage to the tea dyed rug could have cost him business, but he told me what he could predict and what he couldn't about the potential outcome (as luck would have it, it came out beautifully). The work was scheduled to take 10-14 days. It was complete in 7. Each rug was returned neatly rolled and wrapped in paper. They looked amazing, there were no remnants of the canine waste visually or in odor. Between the service, expertise, ease of patronage, integrity, and the result, all for a mere $270, I don't know how one could ever hope to do better. I was so pleased, that upon delivery, I gave him another large rug to do, I had forgotten about a rug that been wrapped in my basement for years. That project after discount on a different Angie's List special will cost me only $100.

I found them on Angie's List. I have no complaints. I used the Big Deal, and got a good price. They had the rugs ready when they said were going to be ready. They were pleasant, and gave me Turkish candy when I picked up the rugs. Hey! They are nice! I paid $300 for several rugs. I got $200 of service for $100. The only problem for me is that I am in the Philly network, but I am an hour away. It's too far for them to pick up the rugs. If I was closer, they would. The Philadelphia area is really large. I would use Tribal Loom in the future.

Nurhan was very professional from start to finish. He returned my inquiry immediately and was at my house within a few days to clean my 9 x 12 Oriental carpet. The pet cat had an accident on one corner and they not only removed the smell, which I had been trying to remove for months, but they thoroughly cleaned it and the fringe looks like new. We were only without it for one week! The price was extremely competitive. They even picked it up and dropped it off! The carpet is so fresh and clean that it looks new! Highly recommend and would use them again.

They called the same day I purchased the Angie's list big deal and came the following day to pick up my rugs. Delivered back the day he estimated the following week. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend using them to anyone needing rug cleaning.

Tribal Looms showed up at the promised time to pick up the rug and delivered it back within the promised 7-10 days, again on time. The owner himself delivered it. Very professional. The rug was cleaned two years ago and has never had an odor. I sit on the rug a lot playing games with my kids or just reading in front of the fire. It has never had any odor, as promised. Highly recommend.

I did an Angie's list Special Deal. They came on time and and quoted me a price to clean another smaller rug, which was good so they took that rung as well They removed the large rug without any problem. I got the rugs back today. He did put the large rug in my living room again with no problem. I was very pleased it took very little time.

I called the company and they made an appointment to pick up the rug. They accommodated my schedule and picked up the rug in the evening. Two weeks later they returned the rug in the evening. Everything was professionally handled during these interactions. The driver called when he was caught in rush hour traffic to let us know. They called with the repair estimate within two days. They returned the rug before Christmas as we had requested. I am thrilled with the quality of the repairs, the lustre, renewed color, and softness of the cleaned rug, and the price. I have had one other experience with an oriental rug cleaning service. I had the rug cleaned once when I inherited it about six years ago, and the price was higher and the results were poorer. I inquired then about repairing it, but the estimate was much higher. I asked the other company to repair a smaller rug, and they did an ugly machine repair without consulting me. Tribal Loom seems to truly value the rug and respect the process. When I asked if the repair estimate was for a machine or hand repair, he seemed appalled that anyone would use a machine to repair these rugs. I immediately had faith in the company.

I took advantage of Angie's List $99 Deal for cleaning a wool, chain stitch rug, approximately 9 x 12.After paying for the coupon, it was very easy to contact Tribal Loom to set up an appointment for them to come pick up my rug.Tribal Loom responded immediately and arranged to come pick it up within 3 days. Arrived on time, was very courteous, picked the rug up and said that it would be cleaned and returned within a week. Exactly on time, one week later, they called to schedule the delivery and I got my rug back in beautiful, clean condition. There was no amount due, because the $99 coupon was good for up to $200 worth of service. (The cost for the size of my rug would have been $198). I bought the Angie's List Big Deal and got a great deal! Tribal Loom was very responsive and was able to clean my rugs in time for Thanksgiving! They picked up and returned the rugs to my home, which was a great time saver for me.The rugs look great! I'll definitely use them again.

They were very reasonable and they did an excellent job. They are on Angie's List. They did everything they said they would do. In fact they unrolled it and showed me spots that might not be able to come out. They told me what they could do and what might not happen. They asked me if I still wanted to leave it with them and I found that very comforting. When somebody tells you there are things that they might not be able to do rather than telling they can do and not do it. Everything was good and in my budget.

Very well. He show up when he promised, did a real nice job of cleaning two runs that had accumulated a lot of grime, and returned them when promised

Eight rugs were piced up at designated time. I was given an estimated cost. Slight repairs were suggested. Rugs were returned on time and cost was identical to estimate. Everything was perfect.

After reading all the positive reviews, we purchased a coupon from Angie's List for an oriental rug cleaning and then telephoned the company to set up an appointment. The owner was very accommodating to our request for a very specific date and time frame, and arrived promptly, even though he is located over an hour away from us. After looking it over, he recommended overcasting one end of the rug which actually did need to be repaired and provided the cost for the repair, so we agreed to have it done. He told us when it would be ready and returned the rug on the day and time that he had promised. He did an excellent job, both in the cleaning and the repair.The carpet looked beautiful. He then proceeded to help me move our dining room table and chairs back on the carpet after he laid it out, and then centered it in the room for us. in He was very professional, polite, accommodating, and friendly and I recommend him without hesitation.

The cleaning was excellent, and I was given a discount because I was able to deliver and pick-up the rug myself.

Mr. Antilian arrived promptly on July 27 to pick up my 10x7 Turkish carpet for cleaning. I asked if he could repair the fringe on the sides. Because I had a coupon from Angie's List valued at $200 that I had purchased for $99 I had a credit towards the fringe. I needed to pay an additional $20.50. My rug looks brand new and clean. I love it! I would definitely use and recommend Tribal Loom Oriental Rugs, Inc. again. Fabulous experience.

The man that we dealt with was friendly and pleasant. At our request, he unrolled the washed rugs so we could verify that they were the same rugs that we gave him to clean. This was important to us because we are going to move to the Washington DC area and are not going to use the rugs until we are in our new home. This was our first experience with a rug cleaning company, and it was a very good experience.

we have had these rugs cleaned several time over the years by zakian and they never looked so good as this time by tribal loom. we were amazed how clean they were. highly recommend them

I called Tribal Loom on a Friday morning. I received an estimate and the rugs were picked up by 2:00 that afternoon. The cleaned rugs were returned, as I'd requested, on the following Friday. The rugs looked lovely. Very nice job!

I was amazed at the results. Each carpet looks like new. There was one that I thought was faded. But the colors came out very vibrant and as good as new.
