Mr. Reeves came at the appointed time to give us an estimate, described in detail the work he would perform, gave us a price and a time of completion, and then finished all the work he said he would on time and within budget except for one or two occasions where he ran into unforeseen circumstances during the job and then spoke to us about the solutions to problems that were possible to us. The end results showed an affection for perfection, such that it now gives me real pleasure to stare at my white ceiling knowing how great it looks and how bad it once looked. He worked without making any messes and took his time to make sure that each job was done right, never taking short-cuts, for example, he always made sure to put on an extra coat of paint or spackle if he decided it was necessary. In other words, he did more than we asked, and appears to have very high personal standards.
