Their price was half of what we were quoted else where. They were very particular about what they did. They did a beautiful job. They call saying they were going to be late after they were late.

Their service was great. They came here and got their work done. They cleaned up most of the mess, other than the dust that went everywhere. They were fine.

Tim and his partner were punctual from the first estimate through the last of the installation. They always showed up when they said they would, had all of the necessary tools and equipment and worked fast and hard, finishing the job in three days rather than the possible five days that were blocked out. In addition, they offered wise advice both in what to look for and what to avoid in selecting the flooring based on where I was having it laid. They were willing to work with whatever supplier I used for the flooring, including picking it up if necessary. However, from their experience they also recommended several sources I was unaware of. In the end, one of those sources had the best price on the floor that I wanted, which was a name brand carried by some of the larger stores as well. They even helped me to position new area rugs, cutting the padding to go under and were willing to do whatever it took to make everything perfect. They cleaned up so thoroughly that the floors were spotless and followed up two days later with a phone call to make sure I was happy with everything. I would recommend WoodCrafters to anyone in the Southcentral PA area. They were amazing!
