They were very knowledgeable, and very creative about design. They build all their cabinets on site so they don't have to source cabinets elsewhere. They actually source the materials and then build the cabinets at their location. They were very professional when they did the proposal and when they got it installed. They definitely exceeded expectations, which wasn't something that I would consider the norm as, usually, you just kind of get what you get. Whereas, once they installed it, it was just beautiful. They came to the house and measured it all out, they got all the specs, worked with us on what sort of things we were interested in as far as shelving, the look, colors, all the way down to the knobs and everything. Once they got that design they went back and just built everything based on all the measurements. Then they came in a couple of weeks later, after everything was built, and installed it.
