I called them and the receptionist who answered the phone was curt and did not want to hear why I was calling just referred me to the orthopedic surgeon's secretary. I finally reached the orthopedic surgeon's secretary and told her the story regarding my dog and she LAUGHED at me and told me that they could not take my dog till June 29th as they were so booked. Why I understand they are booked, to laugh at pet parent who is generally concerned about her dog who is in pain in my opinion is heartless. I was genuinely shocked at their lack of compassion and good customer service skills. If they treat the owners like this imagine how they treat the animals!

I LOVE Lititz Veterinary Clinic and gladly travel 30-40 minutes to get there even though there are many vets closer to my home. 
After every visit I come away with the feeling that the doctors and staff did all that needed to be done. On several occasions I have had follow-up conversations via telephone that I wasn't even expecting. 
Routine care is very reasonably priced and nobody tries to push me into signing up for the bi-annual $250 health screening I have encountered in locations of the "veterinary industrial complex" that is targeting our wallets by making us feel like we don't love our pets if we don't spend outrageous amounts of money on them.

My dog has trouble with her eyes and he took his time to evaluate the issue thoroughly instead of just running a bunch of expensive tests. Will definitely continue going there.

Lititz Veterinary Clinic is a husband and wife team and they are both excellent. He is the best diagnostician and she is the best delicate operations surgeon. Their availability, treatment, and bedside manner are great. The office environment and staff friendliness are great as well.

My most recent trip to this veterinary clinic went very well, as I expected it would. My puppy received excellent care and I was given thorough instructions when I picked him up. Bill Whitaker is highly knowledgeable and treats each pet as if it were his own family member. He examines carefully, asks questions and listens to my answers, and considers different options in cases where decisions have to be made. He clearly remains current on the latest findings in the field. When we had to put our last dog to sleep, we were all very touched by his kindness and compassion. His wife, Christine, is an incredibly skilled surgeon and people come from far and wide to bring their pets to her. She, too, is kind and compassionate with both the animals and their owners and we are very grateful to have access to her when it is needed. The entire staff at Lititz Veterinary Clinic is professional, friendly and accessible. I highly recommend them!

Lititz Veterinary Clinic is excellent in diagnosing and caring for our pets. It is run by a husband and wife. The wife does most of the delicate operations and she does these operations for a large number of veterinarians across our area because they are very difficult operations. He is pretty reasonable in terms of cost. But, where we find that he stands out is his professionalism and friendliness.
