We were very happy with Jon's work. He was very careful to keep our house as clean as possible. His work was very high quality. We would happily contract Jon again.

He ran a little late, but wasted no time on getting the job done. Did a great job on the doors.

While we had to wait for Jon to start our project (about 6-7 weeks from the time he quoted the job), he still arrived about a month sooner than he suggested he would.  In fact, I was not expecting Jon to begin before September 2015, but the job was started and completed by the end of August.
Jon's work was excellent!  He is very conscientious.  Jon kept in communication regularly about what he was doing, and when we added to the project Jon was very accommodating.  For the work, the cost was very reasonable.  Jon was highly professional. The living space was left in good shape every day.  
Without a doubt, the next time I have work to be done on my property I will call on Jon!

Mr. Martin did a wonderful job and installed a high quality aesthetically appealing hand rail for our front stairs. He took the time to make sure it would be secure, functional, and match the house. When we shared that we needed it complete by a particular date, he made sure it was complete well in advance.

From the beginning, Jon was 'Lancaster County' professional. He was accurate in his estimate, explained in detail what he planned to do, and kept us updated on the progress. If he found something unexpected he made sure we saw the problem, understood it's implications, and gave us a number of options. He understood that we were actually on a budget, his proposal met the budget, and he stayed within the budget.

I don't know how to describe 'Lancaster County' professional, other than to say Jon behaved the way I remember from my childhood. He was professional always, and respectful of our family - I did not worry about having Jon and his crew on the job when my wife was home and I was at work. I'm not talking about safety, but rather things such as conversations. No questionable language, no off color jokes. He asked permission to use the microwave to heat his lunch, to use the bathroom, even to plug into our electric. Just a great job, and a great feeling while he was on site and when he was done.

We plan to have more work done in several years, Jon will get the job.

I contacted Mr.Martin about a large hole that had appeared in the siding on the rear of my home. He came promptly and took a look at the problem. He brought his siding sample sheets and we selected the color that matched. He provided me with a quote. He promised to call when he got a chance to do the work.
The next day, I came home from a dental appointment to find out the repair had been completed. The replacement looks great.

Jon contracted with us and either did the work himself, or oversaw contractors. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience, especially the quality of his work. He is great to work with and is very detail oriented and meticulous. We will definitely be using Jon for any future projects. It's great to find somebody who is trustworthy, affordable, and does an excellent job.
