I can highly recommend them and they gave professional service. They removed the old stuff, installed the new, and cleaned up afterward. They did a really good job. They were always very careful with personal property. They did a high quality installation. They were probably more expensive than most.

Excellent.  From estimate to the completion of the install, the job went very smoothly.  Mike Minney was our consultant (out of the Lilitz office, PA) and he handled everything wonderfully.  Whenever we had a question or concern, all of our questions were answered in record time.  He even took a phone call from us on his day off!  Mike made the entire process from install to completion very smooth.
The install technicians were also awesome.  Both of them kept their professionalism throughout the entire process.  Since it was such a large job, they were here five days and they were ALWAYS on time and friendly.  They performed a very clean install and gladly answered any questions that we had.  Not once did they make us feel as though they had to rush through the installation of our system to get to another one.  They made sure that everything was right.  (Our installers were Ty and Kevin).

We had an issue with an other company and called Haller for a second opinion.  From the word "Go" we felt very comfortable w/ the concern, compassion and desire to do what they needed to do to make sure the
problem was resolved and we would be very satisfied with the results. 
 
When the gentleman came to the house to investigate the issue he performed a VERY extensive evaluation of the problem and only then made a recommendation as to what needed repaired.  Using a plumbers camera he showed my wife exactly where the problem was, and then proceeded to lay out a plan for correction which included a cost far less than the other company.  This was a straight forward price ...NO HIDDEN FEES... HONEST !!    She called me at work and explained the cost.   I was concerned about timing getting this done as we were already out of our house for 2 days and I had made alterations to my work schedule to have the work done on Tues. April 16,2013,  Haller representative informed my wife that they would check and call us back later on Monday to let us know if it could be done on Tues.   We received a confirmation call late Monday evening and the plumber showed on time on Tuesday morning.  I have done some plumbing in the house but I know my limitations and I would leave this procedure to the experts!!   Eric, was the plumber's name who came to do the work.  This man was extremely professional, knowledgeable, skillful and courteous.  
  As the worked proceeded, my wife and I had posed several questions which were answered with great detail and comfort, reassuring us even more that we would be very happy when the job was completed.  My wife and I discussed that  when the job was done we would proceed to power wash the driveway adjacent to  where they were digging and we would give a general raking to the area which had to be dug up.  When done with the  plumbing and back fill he proceeded to do a cleaning of the area that was nothing less than fantastic.  Super work !  Continue  this quality work and represent your company.
  Bottom line so far.... all is flowing well :) ... and I do hope both of this man is recognized for a job WELL DONE !!   OUR sincere THANK YOU  to all involved in resolving our issue.  GREAT PEOPLE MAKE A GREAT COMPANY... These are Great People !!

The workers were professional and courteous, and our fan works fine. I do have one complaint though. When they initially cut the hole in our ceiling for the vent, they discovered a beam or something, so they had to move the hole. The result of this is that, though the fan is installed now, you can see a bit of hole beyond the edge of the fan. I'm disappointed by this. It seems to me that they should either have gone into the attic to check on beams/ etc BEFORE cutting the hole or they should have (at least) caulked the hole so that it doesn't show so much. I've had very positive experiences with Haller in the past, but I am a bit disappointed.

UPDATE: Haller sent another worker out after seeing this review, and he caulked the hole, so we're happy. I'm glad to continue giving our business to a company that cares about customer service.

Initially when we were looking for someone to do the air conditioning when we bought this house fourteen years ago, there were five companies and seven systems that we went through. We got screwed on something else for our first day remodel issue so we were really determined especially something serious and needed to be right, we wanted to make sure that it's going to be right and so we did spreadsheets on all the systems, what was good and what was bad, what was pricey and what was not, and everything. We made a decision that it's a combination of price and the system and they've got a contract. They're great, they're always very friendly, very professional, they answered my questions, they let me stand over their shoulders and learn what they're doing. I asked questions and I was present. I told them when it comes to these stuff, I become very on top of things and I'm taking pictures all the time and I was just there to check the progress. They were all very patient with me, they were great. They sent someone on call when we had water heater issues.

Haller installed a new air conditioning unit to replace a 25+ year old one that started to leak coolant repeatedly. Their price was very competitive. All was well at first, but we didn't know that our blower fan was insufficient to move the quantity of air that the new system needed moved. A week or so later, the blower fan motor burned out. Haller replaced it at about a 50% discount because when they inspected it, they hadn't noticed the problem. Their workers were always willing to explain what the problem was and the work they were doing to resolve it. We now have a service contract with Haller for our furnace maintenance as well.

Sam first arrived and estimated how much of a system we needed for our home.  He was knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining all the options we had.  He sent us our estimate in a timely fashion.  This estimate was very good, we had a few others prior to this visit.The work was started shortly after we signed our contract.  The men arrived on the designated date (Mike and Shawn) at the given time and began to work diligently for the next few days.  There was a break for the weekend, and then began again on Monday.  They did not disconnect our other system until they were sure the new system was up and running.  They all worked very hard to disconnect our old system (they were joined by Russ)  for this process.  They cleaned up every day and did not leave on the last day until they walked thru with us and explained everything.

Great experience. Showed up on time, professional and clean. Their prices are fair and not over inflated like some large companies. I also had them do a full HVAC a year ago. They removed an old oil system and tank and installed a new Trane system at a great price. I will always use them.

Wife called company and scheduled an appointment.  They gave her what she thought was an estimate of cost to be $99.  It turned out that was the charge for just blessing us with their presence in our home.  After the plumber arrived, he inspected the dryer, performed the service and gave us a bill.  They charged $99.00 to come to the house and another $75 to disconnect the line and cap it.  A job that took about 15 mins... maybe!  I could have had it done for 1/4 the price by several other companies, as I found out later.

I called at approximately 1:30-2pm I told them I had no heat.  The charges were explained I opted for the higher wekend charge. I was told the Technician would call when he finished the current job he was working.  He called and told me he would arrive around 5pm, he arrived a bit earlier. He immediately diagnosed a clogged pipe, cleaned it then showed me how to clean it should it happen again. Additionally he left a "special service tool" (zip tie :-D) to be used to clean the pipe. How awesome is that?

The technition arrived on time taking care not to track dirt into the house.  He greeted us in a professional manor.  The technition then explained what he was going to complete on this day.  Using the Haller checklist, he completed the listed items in the shortest period of time in a very professional manor.  He discribed every step he had completed and what it was for.  Upon completion he explained every anotation on the bill.  Since this service was prepaid, no payment was due.  Charles is a highly qualified professional and deserves recognition from Haller for the job he does for the company.

They came to clean out our oil boiler in November and came again in May when we experienced an abnormally high oil usage. Scheduling was a bit tough, though, as they were pretty booked. The technician was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done but he didn't check one system part until I inquired about it... During both visits, the technician was very particular about wearing booties to protect the living space floor from dirt. Follow up repair (when part was available) went smoothly as well.

The people who did the work were great.  The price quotes, when needed, were timely and well explained and documented.  My ratings are biased by two incidents, the second of which occurred in July of 2012.  I scheduled an appointment for routine service.  When the day of service arrived I waited for their arrival and after waiting much of the day I called their office and learned that they did not have me on their calendar at all.  They asked if I would like to schedule (again).  This exact same thing happened more than a year earlier. 
Service begins in the office.  I waited two different days while no technicians were scheduled to come to my house.  I rescheduled the first time, but I can not accept this repeatedly.  As satisfied as I am with their technicians, the scheduling system needs work.

They are pretty good except that they are expensive.  They charged me $4,000 for the water heater and approximately $6,000 for the bathroom. They did not seem to understand what I wanted and would not accommodate to me.  I did not understand plumbing at the time, but I thought they would advise me with what I needed or take the time to give me all my options.  I would not use them again for a large project like this, but I would use them for maintenance repair work.
