"Unfortunately, the leak continued after a second attempt. Chimney seemed to be taking water through the brick, enough to saturate the brick and mortar work, allowing rain to leak in over shingle work and new flashings installed. Weather conditions and a family emergency kept me away longer then I intended, this led to me missing the appointments I did get in touch, hopefully, got the leak stopped, applied a sealer at no additional charge and have since called back to check my work. Hopefully, I will get a better review next time!"
