+ -1 moreMy wife and I have been renters at this apartment complex since January 2001, and they are really BAD?.we are leaving! The property management never came through and inspected 1x in 14+ years of occupancy. We have lived in the same apartment for more than 14 years and the carpets are AWFUL, the cabinets are dingy & nasty, the sinks & faucets are calcified (stained) and yet the leasing management has never offered to fix/replace/repair. The walls have not been painted since 1999. This apartment complex is advertised as "luxury" and they appear upscale but the truth is the owners just take the $$$ and basically never do any renovations or basic upkeep. Our apartment looks really bad with cracks in the walls, blackened walls, chipped/peeling paint and calcified plumbing.
