Adair's came to our house to provide an estimate for a new kitchen floor, backsplash, and bathroom tile. They were on time and knowledgeable. It took quite some time to get the estimate and when it did come back it was only for the kitchen floor. I followed up for the backsplash estimate and received that quickly. I never received anything on the bathroom. We added on the backsplash and bathroom estimates when he came, so perhaps they thought they were secondary?
We returned to the showroom to look at tile options for the kitchen floor and backsplash and took samples home. From the samples we decided to do the backsplash first, prior to choosing floor. We returned to the showroom and showed the staff which backsplash tile we wanted and asked to be contacted with the updated estimate (prior estimate had been based on an average) and then we'd like to move forward with scheduling. Never heard from them again.
It seemed as though I had to work very hard for them to take my business, so we ultimately gave our business (three bathrooms, backsplash and kitchen floor) to another company locally.

Went very well. Put down proper underlay to carry load and laid tile with very thin grout line and fixed hardwood flooring where butted against tile and redid tile pieces that were not perfectly level on all 4 corners, which is practically impossible because of the large size of the pieces.  Great job.

Our kitchen work went great.  They came when they said they would and did the work within the time we were told.  The floor -- and especially the backsplash looks great!  The bathroom work will be completed next week.

Perfectly.  You cannot even see a seam between the carpeting and   remaining carpet was offered if we wanted it cut to size and bound. A little more than stores like Lowes and Home Depot, but the service and help with selection of carpet cannot be bit and was well worth it.

Mike arrived in a snow storm to measure the floor for an estimate. I expected the appointment to be cancelled due to the weather but he showed-up. The estimate arrived in a timely manner and the workers showed-up on time. The only problem was the communication between Adair's and the bathroom contractor. I left messages over the phone for Adair's and was never called back. I finally emailed them and got a response.

The work was beautifully done and I'm very happy with the job. Just wish my phone calls would have been promptly returned. I've dealt with Adair's for over 20 years, carpet, laminate flooring, and tile - all beautifully done.

The sales people were very helpful and knowledgable. It took some time for the product to arrive. When I called to inquire on the status of the shipment, I did not get a return call in a timely manner. Once the installation was started, it went well. The old floor was removed and the new was installed. The installer did a good job. We are pleased with the result.

The initial estimate was handled very professionally by Mike, and the samples shown to us at their store, were very convenient. The staff in the store were very helpful, and were very patient with our requests. The removal of the carpet was done very professionally and timely. The installation of the hardwood flooring was installed in less than 2 days, and the clean-up was excellent. The tiles were installed first, and the completed work turned out just great. All of the installers were very friendly and most professional. Would recommend their work to anyone.
