Very well. I was advised of one possible problem before installation. When Jeff arrived he saw another problem and we both agreed that it should be handled now. I highly recommend Jeff at Water Heaters in a Hurry. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I hired him quickly to remove a defunct tank, which required moving a stacked washer/drying down a narrow hallway, and then relocate a new tank, which required running new piping. He handled a complicated job seemingly with ease and billed a very reasonable amount for hours of work. He even gave me small tips, like showing me how to clean my faucet filter.

Our water heater wasn’t working and I called a plumber. It turned out that the heater was too old to be repaired, but the plumber’s estimate for a new one seemed exorbitant, so I called Water Heaters in a Hurry -- it was an emergency, after all! My experience confirmed this company’s perfect reviews. Jeffrey Ganter, the owner, scheduled the installation for the same day and went out of his way to make the time fit my schedule. He was punctual, did excellent work, and the price was well below that proposed by the plumber. One thing that really stood out (and is important to me) was his responsiveness and communication. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Great communication. Very fast service. Competitive pricing. Very knowledgeable. I called around for a few estimates and what struck me immediately about Water Heaters in a Hurry was that instead of trying to upsell me to a larger tank that wouldn't have worked in my space they explained to me that there was no room to go any bigger safely. They allowed me to add a last minute part the morning of the installation, which was above and beyond. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable. Communication was seamless via text and phone and they were very patient in answering all of my questions. They were able to come next day and showed up right on time. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again! A+++++
