Jeff was fantastic. Timely, helpful and affordable. While replacing my heater we ran into a leak and lots of dirt behind the water heater. Jeff insisted that the area be cleaned and gave me options on how to repair the leak without pressuring me into using his products or services. Water Heaters in a Hurry is a dream!

Great! Jeff was polite while carefully explaining the process of replacing the hot water heater. He also recommended installing a water pressure regulator which most likely would have prevented the previous water heater from failing. Price was reasonable and response time was quick.
