All employees I dealt with with from phone operators to installation set up where professional and gave very clear instructions. Installer showed up on time and cleaned up, no mess. Price was as quoted. I had a good experience with this company and highly recommend.

We were totally impressed by the quick response and professionalism of David Resnick. He gave us all the information we needed about glass shower doors. We were not pressured at all, but we placed the order for our glass shower door the very same day. The door arrived in only ten days and was expertly installed. There was one chip in the glass that the installer noticed and instead of trying to fix it, he ordered a whole new section. He returned a week later and completed our installation. After calling a few glass companies looking for a half glass door for our new bathroom,I finally went to HomeAdviser. Filled out the form on 8/26/15 submitted it and three companies came up. Now its a waiting game, I was thinking two days before anyone called or will not call, 45 minutes later, David Resnick from L & R Installations called, said he was in the area and could he come over later that day to talk about what I wanted. He came fully prepared and was extremely professional. Today they installed the glass door. L & R's installer Ed, was just as professional. He covered my tile floor and bathtub, went through the time to explain what he was going to do and how to clean and take care of the glass. I will definitely be calling them again! By the way, the other companies never called

David Resnick fixed my large glass shower door to get it safely moving back on a reinforced track with the proper sized rollers and explained our problem with the shower door coming off the track due to incorrect small rollers. He was very professional, efficient and gave me an economical solution as opposed to replacing the whole door. I now have a safer shower door. I appreciated his honesty, timeliness, and thoroughness with tips on how to prevent water leakage down the road by taking care of sealing up some cracks.

Dave, our L&R contact, was responsive, answered all of our questions, and had a fantastic knowledge of options and styles. The installers showed up three hours early (early!), and had everything up and looking great within the hour. The frame-less shower door really makes the bathroom look great.
