We hired DB Cleaning Services to do the move-in cleaning in our new home in December. They did a very thorough cleaning and we were very satisfied. We have had them back monthly for routine cleaning and we continue to be more than satisfied with their work. Douglas is very easy to work with. He is accommodating and works hard to make sure his customers are happy.

We would like to inform that our company name is DB Cleaning Services and that after careful and meticulous research in our files we have not find any records that shows we have provided you our services. You have sent the review to wrong company and I hope you can contact the Angielist team so they can fix it. This is the 3rd time it happen to our company and we understand this can happen, however the fact that after 3 months of a wrong review submitted to our company still in our reviews concern me. We did contact Angiestlist numerous times so they could contact owner and fix this mistake and nothing has been done until now and yet one more mistake. Honestly, this is a B review and we could just let it go since its not bad, however even if it was a A review we cant let it keep happen, it can hurt a great reputation of a company that is working very hard or also give credit to some other company that may not deserve it at all. We really hope this great website who has a great reputation pay more attention to this issues. We work with many other contractos (as we provide also post-construction cleaning) who also experienced same problem. The last review we received by mistake still in our records and AL customer services said they can't get in contact with the member so they can't remove it until member get back to them and its over 3 months already...what if the member never get back to customer services? We hope that you can careful look at your records again and notify Angielist about the mistake. If you would like to hire us (DB Cleaning Services) We will be very happy to provide our services and we assure you that you will be extremely happy with top quality work we provide. They have done a great job.  They are very professional.  They have researched their methods and trained their employees well.  They will also follow your recommendations if applicable.  Regarding price, there are right in line or less expensive than other services I looked into.  There are individuals who will clean your house for less, however I feel confident putting my house in the hands of an established service with a great track record.

They were professional despite the language difference as far as booking and showing up to the site.  Be warned however, that they require Paypal for a deposit prior to showing up, and charge by the hour.  In other words unless you stop them there is no disincentive for them to stop working.  They came with 5 people to clean an empty 2000 sq ft townhouse.  They seemed to do a thorough job and were amenable to doing any additional tasks that I asked.  I was surprised at how long it took them (2.5 hours), given that the townhouse was empty and the prior tenant had done an excellent job cleaning the place.
In summary for a one time cleaning I would probably use them again.  However for regular maintenance I think that their costs are too high for most people.

Douglas was very transparent and forthright with all they would do as part of the cleaning, responded very promptly to my emails and texts and he queued up his team of 7 members led by John to be at my place on the decided date and time.
The crew with John as their site manager did an excellent job, they bought all their cleaning stuff, asked me to show them around before they began and once they started the process it was very thorough and the work was very professional. After the cleaning was complete John showed me again what exactly they did and if we needed anything else, very satisfied service. Highly Recommended.

I had a great experience with DB. They did a deep clean the first time they came out and the routine cleaning. They were punctual, reliable , professional, and thorough. I loved the little touches, like the way they would arrange my pillows, towels and throws and other little things like that.

As a parent of young children, my two expert mess-makers leave a disaster in their wake wherever they go in our house. In the kitchen, the kids leave evidence of their status as budding chefs on the floor, walls, and cabinets; the bathroom gets littered with debris, the bathtub left grungy, and the sink and vanity covered with toothpaste and other expectorated mystery goo. Their bedrooms, well, you know what their bedrooms look like.
Early last week, with Thanksgiving looming, I finally came to the conclusion that trying to keep my home clean all by myself was a fool's errand. 
As luck would have it, I stumbled upon the excellent reviews for DB Cleaning Services on Angie's List. I reached out to DB, received a quick reply, and it wasn't soon after that my home was treated to a wonderfully thorough, much-needed, top to bottom scrubbing.
As I write this review, I am basking in the supreme sense of contentment one experiences when one's surroundings are immaculate and well ordered. DB's friendly, efficient and hard-working crew just left my home, and I can say with certainty that my house has never looked and smelled so clean and spotless. 
While the crew worked away this morning, Douglas, DB's owner, stopped by to personally check on the progress. I had an opportunity to chat with Douglas about his company and his approach to operating an expanding family-owned business. While his business is growing by word of mouth, and through stellar reviews on Angie's List, Douglas explained that his business philosophy is rooted in customer satisfaction, and he refuses to allow his company to grow so fast that quality begins to suffer. He treats his employees well, and that commitment shows in the quality of work his crew performed as demonstrated by the sparkling condition of my home when their work was done. 
I intend to have DB return to my home on a bi-weekly basis, and if my home looks anything like it does today, DB Cleaning Services will be cleaning my home for years to come.

They spent time cleaning both houses from top to bottom.  One house is a three story home with a finished basement.  The other is a 4 bedroom colonial 2600 sq ft.  Based on the size of your property they send the appropriate staff to get the job done thoroughly.  I will continue to have DB clean on a regular basis.  Doug is professional and very easy to talk to and is a man of his word.  Excellent company, providing excellent service.

The team showed up on time, worked from the moment they entered the house.  They were polite and industrious making sure the house was to our satisfaction.  If there was any problem, we were immediately consulted.  We could not have been happier with the quality of the work provided and I intend to use them this year.   Though I am satisfied with my weekly housekeeper, should she ever  retire, I would hire D 7B Cleaning services on a weekly basis in addition to a once a year whole house cleaning.

I scheduled DB Cleaning to come to my home after our closing. I wanted to have the house completely cleaned before we moved in the next day. They had a job to do before my house and said they would call when they were finished.  They called several times to update me on their progress and when they were finally done.  Three people came to the house and immediately got started.  One lady never left my kitchen which tells you how thorough she was.  When it got late in the day, they called in two reinforcements who cleaned the basement.  As I said, nothing was untouched and everything was left sparkling.  They were professional, hard working and friendly.  They even recommended a painter to me who was exceptional.

When I realized how filthy the house I was about to move into was, I called DB Cleaners in a panic.  I had meant to clean the house myself but there was not enough time for the amount of work I had ahead of me.  I left a message with DB Cleaners and Douglas was quick to respond.  Since I had waited until the last minute, scheduling was a bit tough, but Douglas rearranged to make time for me.  As we finalized the details, I became a little worried about what the final cost may be and discussed my budget with him to make sure we were on the same page.  Douglas was very understanding and told me not to worry and that they would take care of my house for me.  On the day of the cleaning, Douglas was in touch with updates on arrival times, etc.  When the crew was finished, the manager and I did a walk through and I could not believe the miracles they performed!  The appliances were spotless, the countertops shined & the sink was back to one color!  I'm not sure how they did it, but they even brought a grease and dust covered ceiling fan in the kitchen back to it's original color.  The upstairs bathroom was equally impressive since they had their work cut out for them in there as well.  As the walk through continued, I realized that they had cleaned more than I had expected given my budget.  I started to worry that I was going to get a hefty bill, but when it came time to pay, there were no surprises.  That said, Douglas was amazing!  He was super nice, responsive and understanding from the very beginning.  He and his crew went above and beyond my expectations and he found a way to stay in my budget.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

For the initial cleaning they sent a team of 5 people and the owner personally oversaw the work.  They moved and cleaned things I didn't even expect to be cleaned.  Our house was spotless, they did a great job.  We now get bi-weekly cleaning and are always happy with the service, they send the same 2 people for every cleaning (unless someone is sick).  They ask that if you are sick you cancel your service ahead of time as they don't want their employees to become ill which I really appreciate as they also are committed to not sending ill providers into your home either.  If we ever have an area we want the team to focus on we just let them know.  On many occasions they've come to us to tell us that they weren't able to clean something, but will bring a special product or tool the next time to make sure they get it clean.  They got hard water stains out of the tub, shower, and sinks, that I thought were permanent as I'd tried everything to clean it when we moved in.  For the exceptional service Douglas and his teams provide the price is unbeatable.  We have recommended tDB Cleaning to friends and family, and will continue to do so as long as they provide consistently excellent service.  If you ever have any issues or concerns you can always talk to the owner and he will make sure that the concern is addressed or the problem resolved to your satisfaction.  You just don't see a lot of companies that are this committed to their customers anymore, I can't say enough good things about DB Cleaning.  We are very happy customers!

We purchased a large house with many windows (large and small) and skylights. I still haven't counted them all. The day after closing Douglas and his crew did a deep clean of both floors and the finished basement. They were amazing! The house sparkled after they were done. The windows looked as if if nothing was there. They cleaned the kitchen cabinets with toothbrushes. The oven looked like new. They even removed the HVAC registers and cleaned in there. I was shocked at how good a job they did. My wife (a noted clean freak) was ecstatic. Believe me, you may have thought you knew what a clean house looks like. You do not. You cannot do this yourself. They are precise, thorough, and efficient. They move quickly while they work. Douglas and his crew are very friendly and responsive. I will have them back again in the future.

First off - Douglas was great to work with.  He was very responsive to our needs.  At the last minute, I was not able to be present the day of our cleaning.  Although I am generally skeptical/cautious, I felt comfortable after several phone conversations with Douglas.  I had a friend drop by while the cleaning crew was there.  He texted me that all went well and that I would be very pleased with the work done.  Well, I absolutely was pleased, windows done, carpets vacuumed and deep cleaning of kitchen and baths.  I felt the price was very reasonable for cleaning my 2200 sq ft home.  I just want to say that it was a pleasure working with this responsive, professional company; I wish all business transactions could be this way.  Thank you for a great job!.
