We did change the days and week to best assist you and everything we did had always something that didn't work for you. I'm sorry, if we could not meet your schedule needs, however, it's very difficult to keep an exact time if you are not the first house. When you are the first appointment we guarantee you we will be there at 8:00 am. If you can't allow the team to arrive at 8:00 am we understand and we advise that we can provide you with a window time for the arrival such as 10:00 am to 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm since we can't predict traffic, weather conditions and more facts that will for sure affect the arrival time. I strongly believe that it's important to mention also that, this is the second time you have left the scheduled and after leaving, and a couple of months later contacted us again to re-enter the schedule and this time when you call us to request another change on the team and another change on time frame we mentioned to you that would not be possible at this time. We are always very flexible and very easy with regards to scheduling, however, we feel like our services may not be the ideal since we had the feeling that we are the only ones that had to be flexible and that's not great for both customers and company since we can only be flexible to our customers because we work with flexible customers and this is good for both company and customer.
