I made several calls after he installed the furnace because he just left the old unit in the basement when he was supposed to haul it away.  He said that the manufacturer of the furnace was offering a rebate which he supposedly had submitted for me ($200).  Almost a year later and I have not received it.  He was supposed to provide me with a quote to install a central air system but never did. He refuses to return phone calls.
