This was an issue at one of the apartments that you rented out and we have made several attempts to contact your tenant and make an appointment to get into the apartment so that we could take a look at the problem and come up with a plan to fix it. Every attempt we made lead us to a dead end with your tennant either not answering the phone when we called or refusing to let us in when we came to the door.
