Very pleased with this company and particularly the technican (Kyle) at their location on Simpson Ferry Road in Mechanicsburg. Called me several times to advise me of the repair status. Prompt turn around. Charged me only 1.5 hours of time for the repair at a very reasonable hourly rate. I was very pleased. Next computer repair I need, I am going back to them.

I brought my computer in to Alliance on a reference from my comcast tech guy. He suspected that my desktop needed a new port because it had been kicking me off my internet service for months. Well instead of just changing the port out, they did a whole check on my computer and found that it was a virus that my computer had and not the port. They were honest, patient and upfront while I considered repairing my older desktop of buying a new one. Great service!

The tech arrived a little early. He was absolutely wonderful! He dove right into the and quot;messand quot; I had made of the wires. He noticed my computer was running slow - he fixed it! He set up my WIFI, new copier/printer/fax/scanner, kindle, cell phone, and untangled the
computer wires. :-) I am sooo pleased. I wanted to kiss him. I will definitely use them if I have any problems. This was well worth the money. I rate them an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. :-)

I had my computer in the Harrisburg store about two weeks ago. I bought this pc in January (from HH GREGG) and things didn't work right from the beginning. The staff fixed all my problems and my pc is better than new. I will buy all of my computer products from Alliance Computers in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Matt tried very hard, but had to tell me I had to get a new computer. But, the manner in which he told me was very professional. He did everything in a timely manner. I really appreciated what he did for me. I would recommend anyone going in to have their computer worked on, ask for Matt.

I was very satisfied with the overall service. The next day (yes the next day with standard service) I got a call from one of the tech guys who told me what he is going to fix my PC and if I had a license for Windows XP operating system, this way he could reinstall the Operating system. A day after that my PC was done and I got my PC back and the worm virus is eliminated.

I had great service with these people, not only did they preform additional test free of charge. When they told me what was wrong the also told me how to fix it. That was it, not another word. There was no pushy sales pitch that followed and in this day and age that was a welcomed change. In the future all my computer needs will be taken care of here.
