Very pleased with this company and particularly the technican (Kyle) at their location on Simpson Ferry Road in Mechanicsburg.  Called me several times to advise me of the repair status.  Prompt turn around.  Charged me only 1.5 hours of time for the repair at a very reasonable hourly rate.  I was very pleased.  Next computer repair I need, I am going back to them.

I brought my computer in to Alliance on a reference from my comcast tech guy. He suspected that my desktop needed a new port because it had been kicking me off my internet service for months. Well instead of just changing the port out, they did a whole check on my computer and found that it was a virus that my computer had and not the port. They were honest, patient and upfront while I considered repairing my older desktop of buying a new one. Great service!

Paid for fast service on printer. Printer problem was minor and needed a new part (drum). Easy to obtain on open market. Lemoyne store delayed and delayed. After 3 weeks I retrieved the printer and took it elsewhere. Drum was ordered within 20 minutes of arrival. Store did refund my fee. I would not trust this service in the future and will not go to them again. I have been using this company for similar type service for several years. Re

When dropping off my computer, I demonstrated to the clerk what was wrong. He agreed that there was a problem at that they would look at it that same day and call me back; I think I paid extra for their and quot;fasterand quot; service. After not hearing back from them that day, I called the next morning to ask about my machine when I was told it was being worked on that very moment and the and quot;techand quot; would call me as soon as he found the problem. After waiting the entire day, I called the shop again when I was told they could not find any problem even though one of their own people saw the problem when I gave them the computer. Upon picking up my computer, I asked to talk to their and quot;techand quot; who worked on it to see what he thought the issue was. This and quot;techand quot; would not walk the 20 feet to the counter to speak with me, so I left without being able to speak with their expert. And yes, when I got the computer home, it acted up again exactly the way it had before. So all I got from these guys was a bill for $60 and a terrific waste of my time, incredible that Angies' List shows them with an A rating.

The tech arrived a little early. He was absolutely wonderful! He dove right into the and quot;messand quot; I had made of the wires. He noticed my computer was running slow - he fixed it! He set up my WIFI, new copier/printer/fax/scanner, kindle, cell phone, and untangled the
computer wires. :-) I am sooo pleased. I wanted to kiss him. I will definitely use them if I have any problems. This was well worth the money. I rate them an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. :-)

It went very good, only 3 days without the computer (did NOT go into computer withdrawal)

I had my computer in the Harrisburg store about two weeks ago. I bought this pc in January (from HH GREGG) and things didn't work right from the beginning. The staff fixed all my problems and my pc is better than new. I will buy all of my computer products from Alliance Computers in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything went well and it went very smoothly.

Matt tried very hard, but had to tell me I had to get a new computer. But, the manner in which he told me was very professional. He did everything in a timely manner. I really appreciated what he did for me. I would recommend anyone going in to have their computer worked on, ask for Matt.

They are unresponsive when trying to solve a problem.

I was very satisfied with the overall service. The next day (yes the next day with standard service) I got a call from one of the tech guys who told me what he is going to fix my PC and if I had a license for Windows XP operating system, this way he could reinstall the Operating system. A day after that my PC was done and I got my PC back and the worm virus is eliminated.

I had great service with these people, not only did they preform additional test free of charge. When they told me what was wrong the also told me how to fix it. That was it, not another word. There was no pushy sales pitch that followed and in this day and age that was a welcomed change. In the future all my computer needs will be taken care of here.
