hardwood floor
 + -1 moreThings went very well. I highly recommend Terry. We never had to refinish our floors before, so we had a lot of questions which Terry answered. He takes pride in his work and works well with you. We were also concerned about having this done due to general complaints about dust. We opted for the dustless system, but were still concerned about how much dust would be generated. Terry reassured us everything would be fine and it was. (He even recommended we could paint our rooms before he did his work. We did and it worked out well. ) The only dust is normal household dust. I definitely recommend Terry if you are considering having this work done. He turned the quote around quickly and worked with us when we needed to reschedule due to other work we were doing in the house.
Description of Work: Sanded all hardwood floors, filled in gaps in wood and sealed all wood. Terry offers a dustless system which we ended up using. It was more expensive, but we feel it was well worth it. We would use Terry and the dustless system again even at the higher price. Terry was very competitive with other quotes without the dustless system. We assume his quote for the dustless system would be competitive, but we didn't find a lot of people offering this system. Therefore it was hard to compare the price. It was clear why the dustless system was more expensive. Two people were required to operate the equipment and keep all the filters clean.
