We never had to refinish our floors before, so we had a lot of questions which Terry answered. He takes pride in his work and works well with you. We were also concerned about having this done due to general complaints about dust. We opted for the dustless system, but were still concerned about how much dust would be generated. Terry reassured us everything would be fine and it was. (He even recommended we could paint our rooms before he did his work. We did and it worked out well. ) The only dust is normal household dust.
I definitely recommend Terry if you are considering having this work done. He turned the quote around quickly and worked with us when we needed to reschedule due to other work we were doing in the house.
