We have been with them for 5 years. They are local. They are good. It is usually the same technician who comes out. We are pretty much pest-free in this home.

They are coming out this week.  They do the work with minimal of our involvement, and so they seem to know what they are doing. I pay them monthly.

We called to have someone help us with our mouse problem, they sent someone out that day to assess the situation, we now have traps and stickies all over our office, but we finally got the mouse!!! (only after weput peanut butter on the traps) thier solution that was used do not lure them in...

Overall from start to finish  , I give this company   an  A

They are very nice and it is a good company. They seem very knowledgable.

They usually call me when they are coming.  I used to have a program where they came three times a year.  When things got a bit rough financially I asked them whether I could have them for just twice a year and they agreed.  I put so much in my checking account and they just withdraw.  They come around in April and in September.  Jeff who works for them is a very nice man, he is very polite, he is very prompt and explains everything to you what he is doing and why he is doing it.  When it is done he will tell you what he has done and also he has given me the freedom to call him if I have any problems.

Emailed Ehrlich via their web-site concerning yellow jackets making a home under my siding.   Received a return call the next day.  Explained situation to salesman.  He described what would be done:  tech would "shoot"  a white powder (safe for kids & animals) under the siding.  He said it should kill the wasps quickly, but give it a day or two.  If, after that I still had the wasps, to call again and they'd treat a 2nd time for free (30 day guarantee).  Appt was made for the next day in the early afternoon.  Needed to give credit card info prior to service, but I wouldn't be charged until the tech performed the treatment.

Instructed Ehrlich to have the tech contact me prior to the service because I wanted to see what he would be doing.  The tech was timely and did contact me.  When I arrived he explained the process (see above).  Next day I stopped counting the dead wasps around 60, but there were more.

The smell wasn't horrible...sort of smelled like WD40.  I could smell it in my house the next day, but by the 2nd day it odor was gone.  The whole process took ~ 15 minutes, which included the tech inspecting the site, explaining the process, treating the site, and writing up the receipt.  There was no pressure for an annual contract or treatment of other insects/pests.  Never having needed an exterminator before, I don't know if this was on the low or high end of the price ladder.  All in all the bugs are gone...hopefully forever.

I got a year's contract with them. They were good and their price was good. The quality was good. I was thinking about calling them again.
