We called for an estimate and the lady didn't know what a HIC number was to begin with. So she said she would call us back because we wanted to make sure they had a contractors number. When she did call back she said they wouldn't be able to get to us for a few weeks and would let us know. We never heard from them again. They aren't very reliable or professional if you need work done.

I had contacted multiple contractors for an estimate for a flat roof repair/replace estimate.  JM Building and Remodeling was quick to respond, scheduled an estimate and gave us options..  After receiving all  estimates, and discussing the options, we decided to go with JM .  They were prompt and professional and had the roof completed in 2 days. They honored the Angies List coupon and provided before and after pictures of the job.  We are very pleased with JM Building and Remodeling and will definitely be using them again and  refer them to others as well. Thank you!

J&M CAME OUT VERY PROMPTLY TO SURVEY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.  HE SAID  HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH AN ESTIMATE.  HE DID GET BACK TO ME WITHIN TWO WEEKS WITH THE ESTIMATE BUT THE ESTIMATE WAS TOO HIGH.  IT WAS TWICE THE COST OF WHAT I PAID ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO DO THE JOB.  J&M SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I strongly recommend them because I had another contractor that previously messed around with the project for a month and a half and still did not finish; this company got it done in two days. They are superior and I have used them for several other projects; so has my mother. They were recommended to me and I thought they did a good job. They were a little more expensive because they had to come from about 45 minutes away but they did it in two days. They are great guys and have been in business for at least 50 years; they do a lot of commercial and residential roofing. I plan to use them again in the future.
