John is so professional. Responded to my emails on time, came on time, left the washer/dryer area very nice and clean, no single lint in the area, very polite, took his time to explain to me what he did and other stuff. You will be very glad you hired John once you did.

John was great, I would hire him again and would recommend him to my friends and family.  I was so thankful he came that same day as the blockage was a fire hazard.  With 2 children under 2, I needed my dryer back!

We had warranty work (check up) on our dryer and were told that our dryer  vents  were so clogged , we shouldn't use it until the vents were cleaned (due to fire hazard).  We wanted the work done quickly since a holiday weekend is coming up.  We called John and he immediately committed to  doing the work that evening.  He made it up here on time despite terrible weather.  John spent over 1.5 hours cleaning out 20-30 feet of duct work which was completely packed with lint.  John is exceptionally courteous, friendly, thorough, considerate and professional.   Everything was cleaned up when he left.  I would recommend him to anyone who needs vent or ductwork cleaning.  He is great.

This guy was an A++ - came to house very quickly, exactly on time, very professional, did a perfect job quickly,
and was really nice. It's a new business (though he's done vent work for another business for years). He's a few minutes from West Philadelphia so I hope he gets business from that. He's also close to the Western suburbs and Center City. He didn't realize he was listed on Angies List until I told him. You're supposed to get your dryer cleaned once a year--now I see why.

Everything went well. John provided excellent service. I was pelased with the service and will refer him to anyone else that needs the same type of service. He was very professional.
