I was pleased with Leonard's work manner and found him easy to communicate with. He stayed with the job until it was finished, even though that was long past supper time. His charge was about what I expected and it was worth it to me.

When we called Leonard to troubleshoot a Verizon DSL line at our small business, not only was he able to come out the day he was called, but he worked with the Verizon service technicians to try to troubleshoot the problem. I have never worked with a service provider who was so interested in understanding the problem and getting to the bottom of it to make it really right. He was able to replace all possible internal problems, rewired two DSL jacks and did all the work that was necessary to demonstrate to Verizon that it indeed was their problem. Put the company on your speed dial! Leonard is one of the best technicians of any sort that I have ever worked with.

They did very good work. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them. I have had this work done by other companies in the past and this was the best service I have ever received.
