Lovely lovely people! -- from the girl who answered the phone through to Culum, the young man who did all the requested/required work.  Professional, friendly, courteous and very capable.  Would use them again or recommend them in a heartbeat.

They are very helpful and provide great service. I would highly recommend them. It is an unusual hardware store for this day in age as they are more than willing to help answer questions and provide great customer service. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't pressure you.

I called the day before our move and was given an estimate to replace the locks in our new home.  We were scheduled to have them replaced the afternoon we moved in.  The 2 men worked quickly and professionally while the movers were unloading.  Overall the experience was very positive.

I scheduled  Wilson's Hardware about a week ahead of time.  He arrived on the day that we bought our new home.  We wanted all of the locks re-keyed as soon as we owned the home.  He came out right on time, surveyed our needs and got right to work.  Four locks were re-keyed, and he gave advise on other needs.  All was complete in less than 2 hours.  Terrific service. 

I could not find any of the keys to my house, and a also had a door that was stuck shut and wouldn't open.  I called Wilson's Hardware after finding them on Angie's list, since they were relatively close to my location.  Wilson's Hardware came out within a few days of my calling.  He arrived promptly, even though there is a detour in my area. He was quickly able to assess the situation, find out that I had two different locks among several doors, change the locks so they were all the same and make me 6 keys.  He also repaired the lock on the door that was stuck.  He was very pleasant and efficient the entire time.  The price was reasonable for the work that he did, and I was very happy with the entire experience.

All went as scheduled with desired outcome.

Lock smith was on time. He was experienced. Gave me information about the new locks. Made sure I was able to use the locks with out effort before he left.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone was personable and helpful.  The locksmith arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, answering all of my questions in a very friendly manner.  All additional keys were made on the spot.  When he was finished, I inquired about the screen repair service.  He promptly took the screen down for service at the repair shop.    I was very pleased with the entire experience.

The experience was really great from start to finish.  I scheduled the work approximately one week out since I was moving into a new home.  When I called to scheduled the woman was extremely personable and told me exactly who would be coming to my home and what vehicle they would be driving (van with company logo). I really appreciated the extra security.

The owner was the one who changed my locks and was very knowledgable and readily answered the questions I had.  Also, he explained the pros/cons of the different types of locks.  Overally, a very seamless experience and I'd highly recommend Wilson's for their professionalism, quality work, and great customer service.  I only received one other quote from another company and Wilson's offered a much better price for the work.

They were very knowlegable about my lock, fully explained my options and corrected the problem in less than an hour. I was delighted. Gave me my service call within 24 hrs.

I was very pleased with Wilson's responsiveness. I had left messages with two other companies, and they never called me back. The worker cared about doing a good job for me, and I appreciated that.

They saved me a ton of money by telling me to just bring it in during business hours for ten bucks. The gentleman was helpful and gave me some great advice to save me money. This was excellent service and way beyond a grade A.

Arrived promptly on time on designated date. Provided information as to the price difference between re-keying existing locks versus buying all new deadbolts. Asked what number of additional keys I need to have made and suggested no less than 8 as having copies made at a hardware store may not fit the lock as well as ones that are made when the lock is changed.

He did a very good job. The man came out quickly and was very pleasant. I would use him again.

I called Wilson's and because I bought the locks from them, they only charged me a trip charge to install the last two locks for me. The service technician came out when promised and installed both locks very quickly.
