Description of Work: We have been reaching out to SP through Angie's List message center trying to schedule an appointment giving the service provider 4 dates we were available. The service provider responded back to us 4 days later, requesting appointment that day, but because we had not heard back from him, our schedule did not work. We sent another message for anther date, and again did not hear back from the provider for couple of days, when the response was giving the service provider stated his phone service was down and he could not make calls at this time, but stated could come to our home today between 1-3 p.m. He has not shown up for the service and we decided to end this deal with this provider

Description of Work: Replaced leaking shower head and cleaned out drain in upstairs bath. Even went to local big box hardware store to replace shower head. Very good value, nice experience. Additionally, his wife does the scheduling and was extremely helpful and friendly. Will use again.

Description of Work: MGT came to provide furnace evaluations and tune-up. Arrived as scheduled. Cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. Explained what he was doing. we have an old furnace and I was expecting the sales pitch for new replacement; however, he only communicated that he would be happy to install new unit should we request it. Basically a trustworthy and competent professional in HVAC field.
