Description of Work: Fix leaking kitchen spray hose AND fixed garbage disposal by identifying and fixing a loose wire.

Description of Work: He was supposed to fix the water pressure issue. The pressure tank gauge and pressure relief valve was replaced. Water pressure issue was not resolved. Gretchen agreed to send me a refund for the labor charge. To this date I have not received anything. I would be glad to forward the litany of correspondence and the bills. Can you please help?

Description of Work: Vendor promised to come on Monday.March 23. I had given up on them by 6 p.m. My doorbell rang at 7 and the plumber was there. He told me that their last job took longer than they anticipated and since they told me they were coming that day. Here I am, he said. I had an ongoing problem with my toilet and another plumber could not fix it. The plumber took a look at the toilet and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He went about fixing the problem, including a trip to Home Depot for a part not in his truck, and repaired the toilet. He finished the job around 9 p.m. The toilet has operated perfectly since! I am immensely pleased.

Description of Work: I received an initial message from the company after my purchase saying they would be in touch (a week ago). Still no follow up from that. I have work that needs to be done and cannot wait around to schedule. From other reviews I've read, the appointment gets rescheduled multiple times. My advice: Don't offer the deal if it's too much work to schedule.

Description of Work: The first time was for a dripping pipe, which he fixed for the cost of the Angie's offer. We had him return to deal with a second plumbing problem, which he again repaired quickly and for a reasonable cost. While there, he heard water leaking and discovered that we also had a broken part in our dishwasher (probably from freezing). He ordered the part at our request and came back to fix that. Again, it was a fair price and prompt service. He also dealt with a frozen drain (it's been a bad winter at our house) in a temporary way and is scheduled to return with some more parts, insulation, etc. to do it correctly. We are probably going to have a lifetime relationship with this man, based on the state of our plumbing. He's pleasant, resourceful, and good at his job.

Description of Work: Very professional, complete and fast. They gave us a very reasonable charge for the extra services we requested. It has been a long time since we were fully satisfied with plumbing services. I would highly recommend MGT and I am sure we will use them again.
