We purchased a new toilet and despite my desire to install it myself, I decided to go with a professional for the first time to see how it was done. Such installations are not difficult as there are very few parts, but it's good to see it first hand. I was originally given a small window in which the tech would arrive, but the company admin was very communicative and gave me a call the day of service with a 30-minute window. Chris, the tech, showed up within that window, was very courteous, and very professional. He was very concerned with ensuring he did not leave any dirt or grime anywhere, and we was very careful to make sure the toilet was as drained as possible before removing it. When carrying it to the trash, he made sure he didn't drip anything on the floor. When removing the previous wax ring, he was meticulous, removing every bit he could before installing the new wax ring. He was very meticulous with ensuring the toilet was straight and level, perfectly aligned. Whole job took about an hour, maybe 45 minutes. I was extremely pleased!

Service provider came on two occasions (first to check the heating and second to check the AC).

the date and time of service, was changed a few times , but the provider stayed in touch and gave explanation for the need to change the time and date of service. the provider was very careful in not making any mess in the home before , during and after the installation, the floors were covered from the front door to the bathroom, very professional, cleaned floor under the toilet, cleaned floor and area around the toilet when finished and took the old toilet out to the curb.

GREAT TECHNICIAN. VERY CLEAN WITH EVERYTHING. WORE SHOE COVERS, WAS PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

My AC unit was not working, not cooling. Called for an appointment was very prompt in responding to me. Technician came over did a five-minute check on the unit determined that I needed a new compressor. He said the unit was 10 years old and it would be difficult to find a new one he recommended a whole new HVAC system. He did say that he was going to send a supervisor over to talk about what can be done. I wasn't going with the first opinion and I called another company. They came out and did a complete diagnostic took an hour and repair the air-conditioning for less than $100. We called the original company back canceled any follow up and told him about my Dissatisfaction with the service technician. They said they were sorry and would give me a full refund but after waiting over two months I still have not received any refund. Be wary of companies offering discounted diagnostics and repairs.

It was okay. I have an older model, but it still works. The technician was fine.

MGT Services installed two toilets in our house on Friday. August 15. Their technician, Chris, was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and personable. Since the toilets were somewhat unusual (Toto), Chris took the time to look them up online the night before, on his own time,to be sure he knew what supplies he would need and specific installation instructions for these toilets. He took his time to clean the bowls for us, check for leaks, and show us how to operate them. He brought new parts with him at no additional charge. This company was a pleasure to work with, and MGT Services will be our go-to guys for any plumbing/ HVAC services we need from now on.

Extremely responsive and accommodating to your schedule. Showed up on time and performed excellent quality work. The price was too hard to pass up. Service was phenomenal and would use again and highly recommend them to others.

The owner was absolutely phenomenal!!! As indicated earlier, the main reason for scheduling an appointment with MGT Service was to inspect and flush the hot water heater due to low hot water pressure to avoid purchasing a new 75 gallon. After flushing the water heater, the hot water pressure did not change. However; taking it one step further, he removed the a-rod and found it completely blocked by sediment. After thoroughly cleaning the rod and removing the sediment, I now have hot water pressure. He took his time and found the problem....I will be back!! It went great, these guy are awesome.

It really went well. He was very pleasant and professional. He did exactly what I wanted him to do. It was the first time I purchased a big deal and I would do it again. I didnt even have to pay anything extra.

It took a few calls to get scheduled but everything went well.

The service worked out fine. He did an annual checkup on my old central air conditioning system. He cleaned the evaporator and condenser. He checked the starting compositor to make sure it was still working properly.

Provider could not come for 1 1/2 weeks, so I cancelled the coupon and requested a refund. Not very responsive.

It went well. They sent out 2 techs. They were at the home for an hour and a half. There was an issue with the system and advised me to contact my homeowner's insurance company. They were very helpful.

They came out at the appointment and they told my wife they said they couldn't do the job. They were missing something. They said they would come back out later and didn't specify when. We tried calling them and couldn't get a hold of anyone. We left messages that were never returned.

It took a while to schedule for the plumber to come to the house, but everything worked out very well.

It turned out well. He didn’t find any issues with the A/C, and he did the job while my wife was at home. They called 3 days in advance, gave me a 2 hour window, and were there within that window.

The provider was very timely and responsive to any questions I had prior and during the visit. He performed the services in a timely matter and took time after the service to discuss what he saw and if I should have any concerns with my unit. I would recommend this provider and use them again in the future

Went well. Contact process to schedule was convenient and flexible. Quick and informative. Definitely would use the service again.

Went very well overall, and the plumber was great, nice, and professional. He also pointed out another fix that I needed, but recommended I do it on my on to save cost as it was a relatively simple fix. Only concern was some issues with scheduling and cancellations due to emergencies. I do believe that this was an exception, and would definitely use MGT again!

I paid for the service and requested a particular date, however it was days before they got back with me with a narrow range of days. I asked if they could do better with a more specific date. In general the responsiveness and availability was not there. After bugging them they did eventually respond, but it was not a very customer friendly experience.

I bought the toilet install deal. The deal included the toilet and install - everything went smoothly. Easy to arrange, installer was knowledgable, quick and friendly - a great service. Would use again!

The flapper was simple and the other was supposed to be until we awoke the next morning with a floor full of water. But to their credit they sent someone right out and fixed the error so everything is good.
