STEVEN RUSSO of Russo Brothers, of Wilmington, Delaware, came the next day and DISCONNECTED the water to my kitchen faucet, then I had no water there, and then he went down to the laundry tub faucet and DELIBERATELY BROKE it. I told him to get out. I think he was a mental case.
I had to call another plumber, Tim Jones of Lighthouse Plumbing, to fix ithe problems turned on the water to the kitchen faucet, fixed the bathroom faucet, and install a new laundry tub faucet, for over $320, who I felt overcharged me..
I filed a complaint of Russo Brothers Plumbing, with the Dept. of Delaware, Div. of Professional Regulation COMPLAINT no. #34-14-12. which I received a letter of confirmation, dated Nov. 7, 2012. . Their phone no. is 302-744-4500
they sent me a letter confirming the complaint and I was not notified of the conclusion.
I don't know what the outcome of the hearing was.

FRANK DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB AT REFINISHING THE WOOD. HE USED A QUALITY PRESERVATIVE. IT HAS ADDED A GREAT APPEARANCE TO THE PROPERTY.
