Description of Work: Bought vanities, shower enclosure, toilets, faucets, etc for two bathrooms. Broken sinktop held up the job for months. Otherwise the quality of the items appears good. It took a lot of phone calls to get issues such as pickup of the broken sink top and a refund for overpayment handled. That said, all the people I dealt with were very nice and the showroom is big with many choices available.

+ -1 moreAfter approx. 10 years of owning this sink we ended up with a big chip. I was having difficulty finding a repair kit in my color. I was on American Standard website and found what I was looking for, however it has been on back order for over 6 weeks and they were unsure of when it would be available. I searched their dealers and found Ferguson. I called and talked with Steve. He also didn't have any repair kits, but took the time to search on line for one. He found 2 online and emailed me the links. I was so impressed that he took the time to help me, knowing that I wasn't ready to purchase a new sink at this time. I would absolutely contact him if and when I need a new sink. This type of customer service is unheard of in our present day.
Description of Work: Was looking for a repair kit for my American Standard cast iron steel sink.

+ -1 moreThe quality of work was outstanding. They had excellent suggestions for me to use. They did not try to sell me things that I did not need. They paid attention to detail and cleaned up thoroughly.
Description of Work: We had this company rough in all of the plumbing in a new bathroom. They came back to finish with the hardware installation and put in the drains.

+ -1 moreFERGUSONS HAS A VERY NICE SHOWROOM. THEY STAFF IT WITH COURTEOUS YOUNG WOMEN WHO, UNFORTUNATELY, HAVE LIMITED PLUMBING EXPERIENCE. THIS ACCOUNTED FOR PROBLEMS WE FACED WHEN THE YOUNG LADY WE WERE DEALING WITH DID NOT ORDER ALL THE REQUIRED PARTS FOR THE NEW SHOWER. THE CONTRACTOR TORE OUT OUR OLD BATHROOM FIXTURES BEFORE THE ERROR WAS NOTICED. WE THEN FACED DELAYS AS THE MISSING PART HAD TO BE ORDERED.
Description of Work: FERGUSON SUPPLIED THE FIXTURES FOR OUR RECENT MASTER BATHROOM REMODELING JOB. WE VISITED THEIR SHOWROOM AND PICKED OUT A NEW TUB, SHOWER STALL, TOILET, SINK, VANITY, COUNTERTOP AND TUB, SHOWER, AND SINK FAUCETS.
